“The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable for our family. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there very much. We had several parking options nearby (paid or unpaid for a slight walk) and we also had access to a grocery store if we wanted to cook at home. The historic property is unique and the interior was beautifully appointed. ”

Sie waren entgegenkommend was die Anreise Zeit betraf und waren selbst am Sonntag Morgen vor Ort um die Schlüssel zu übergeben. Sie organisierten sofort einen Handwerker als mit dem Warmwasser etwas nicht stimmte, was durch unsere Unwissenheit via falschem Schalter Gleich auch den Kühlschrank abstellte. “Wij hebben een fijne week gehad in Casa Martilde. Gezellig huis met een grote tuin en heerlijk zwembadje. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep soepel. Hij informeerde regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Locatie dichtbij gezellige plaatsjes.”

“We liked it alot since it matched our needs. Good combination to visit restaurants and cook you orwn food. We bought local meet and vegetable's and used the grill thats included. The pool was nice to cool down in during the hot hours, and it was cleaned once a week, the water feelt fresh to swim in. Host was easy to reach and very service minded, but we didnt have any issusses during our stay.”

“Writing about the estate where the little house is located, you are immediately with the old lady Signora Paula. She lives in the adjacent large apartment building. A fine, nice and attentive hostess, open to all questions and possible problems. The property is huge and resembles a park with a large stand of large shade trees. “Bella casa, pulita e buona posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Uno dei due bagni presenta una doccia non utilizzabile a causa del poco flusso d’acqua. Unica vera pecca è la mancanza di un’area comune e di uno spazio comodo da utilizzare in 9 (visti i posti letto). Terrazzo molto carino ma non sfruttato vista la totale assenza di arredamento per essere usufruibile.”

Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.
