“Property is old and outdated. The head board was faded and looked dusty. When I stepped into the bathtub, it felt like it was going to crack. It didn't feel stable. Also, there was no hand soap or hand towel to use. The mini fridge turned off when you leave the room with yiur card so it did not keep anything cold. On a positive note, staff were quick to respond when we needed more towels or cleaning.”

“It’s hard to deal with staff, they don’t understand English, I waited much time to check in although I came late, in the reception very hot there is no Ac, every time you go outside the room you need the security to open your room !! It was funny, the bed sheet was not tidy and clean it smells ”

“Actually I never got to Vietnam because the Vietnamese embassy did my visa incorrectly and they didn't put my middle name on it. I guess technically it was my fault. But I'm a very literal person and it only asked for my first name and my family name. Even though I'd given them a copy of my passport. So the airline wouldn't let me get onto the airplane. It was too late to cancel the booking for this hotel even though I would have loved to have stayed there and I would love to have had a holiday....
