The North Ridge villas feature a gas or wood burning fireplace, open living/dining areas and a lower-level great room with a sleeper sofa.. There are two decks – one that affords you magnificent views of the golf course and rolling landscape of The Galena Territory and the second semi-private deck located off of the master bedroom overlooking a mature forest – truly nature at its finest!

Effective 2015, not all of our villas are allowed to have grills, and unfortunately, this unit is one of them. Due to the rules of the association, if the villa does not have a grill onsite, you may not bring your own and Eagle Ridge will not provide one for you.
