Cozy Wooded Retreat is just 5.5 miles from Downtown Galena and 3 miles from the GTA Owners Club, nestled in a serene wooded lot near Thunder Bay Falls. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the home features three levels of comfortable living.

Discounted Golf - Guests may purchase paper golf vouchers offering preferred rates and tee-time benefits at Eagle Ridge Resort’s The General, North Course and South Course. Vouchers must be purchased before your stay and mailed to you prior to arrival. Please contact us well in advance for details.

Upon entering, you'll find a bright living room with a cathedral ceiling, open to the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and a flat-screen cable TV. The dining area is well-stocked for entertaining, with direct access to a grill on the deck and a screened porch with seating for six. The main level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a jetted tub. Upstairs, a private bedroom featuring a King bed with an ensuite bathroom offers solitude, while the lower level includes two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with three twin beds—along with a full bathroom. A high chair and pack & play are available (bring bedding). The family room also has a large comfy sofa and large flat screen tv and poker table, don't forget the access to the outdoor hot tub, plus an outdoor fire pit with firewood provided. **The home previously had a foosball table, it has been replaced with more seating.

As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.

Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.
