“I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. “The room and spa facilities were absolutely fantastic! It’s a 5 min walk from the train station so easy to get to. There is a great restaurant about 50m away. The rooms are modern but have a chalet/cabin vibe and the views of the mountain were fantastic! We even had a decorated Christmas tree in our room when we arrived which was a great touch. The spa facilities were also brilliant. Sitting out in the hot tub surrounded by the snow was amazing!”

Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. “I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled...
