The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building overlooking the Ionian Sea.
The interior is in harmony with the beauty of the sea and the city. It has spacious rooms that are surrounded by the blu color of the sea such as the furnished veranda that offers a stunning panoramic view of the historical town of Gallipoli.
The colors and material of the apartment are modern and well cared for. Decorated with great sense of style and according the newest tendence of the interior design and todays`luxury.
The interior is divided into a spacious living room with kitchen and cooking table, sitting area with a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, suitable for maximum 6 people.
Among the amenities there`s air conditioning, a dishwasher, a flat screen tv, a microwave, a hair-dryer, iron, covered parking space.

The position of the apartment is a really privileged for a stay in Gallipoli, its beauty, the crystal water and its welcoming and colorful atmosphere. Also the ancient town of Gallipoli, a beautiful labyrinth of whitewashed houses and baroque palaces, and the Corso Roma, the most commercial and modern area of Gallipoli are just a few steps away. Corso Roma is filled with restaurants, trattories, shops, bars, cinema, lounge bars, in short everything you desire. The first sandy beach is called Purità, in the old town, a small and magnificent beach with crystal water and white sand, certainly the best known postcard of Gallipoli. Baiaverde, with its long golden sandy and bathing establishments are only 2 kilometers away.

 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- After midnight it's strictly forbidden to make noise. 
- The flat is on the first floor.
- One car parking in the basement.
