“Donna was very helpful with any and all questions leading up to our stay. The Dawn Condominiums are very nice (seemed like the nicest in the area we were staying) - loved the pools and the grounds. The condo itself was just right for our family of 4 - had everything we needed. Loved the deck with views of the gulf and pool area. Overall a great stay at the beach!”

“Perfect location for a lot of beach walking and swimming in the ocean. Parking along the beach is easy and so many restaurants available. Seafood in the area is delicious. The two pools on the property are kept very clean. The one pool is heated, but cushions on the chairs need to be replaced…they’re pretty ragged. All in all, we recommend staying here. ”
