Very nice location and view of the gulf. Property was clean and the PM communicated well with us before and during our stay. Great value and would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a nice little neighborhood. The beach is steps away. It is a quiet beach with no car traffic except for the Turtle Patrol that comes by each day. You can walk the beach for miles, and there is a State Park just a few houses down the beach. Loved that you could grill downstairs and still see the ocean - no dunes in between. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy, central AC worked great. We'll be back!

Awesome ocean view

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was right on the beach, so sitting on the deck and watching the ocean was so perfect! It was also very clean and comfortable.

Great location, beautiful home

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful, clean and close to everything. Paul was great and provided us with everything we needed. The check in and out process was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house!

A wonderful, well-equipped house right on an uncrowded beach. We've stayed there a few times, and the only problem we had was quickly resolved. Terry's great to work with.

Unbeatable location

Can’t beat staying right on the beach. Really makes the trip so much easier and enjoyable when you can set up for the day right in front of the house. Property was very clean and communication with Paul was easy and prompt. We would certainly come back again.

Location, Location

It’s a fairly small, but well laid out and well maintained first row house. Porches are great and directly overlook the beach about 25 yards away. Plenty of good deck seating. It’s just a 10 minute walk to Galveston State Park.

Thanksgiving stay

Our family went to the beach for the Thanksgiving holiday. The location was wonderful. Paul is well prepared for guests and communicated with us proactively and was very responsive to questions. The home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had almost everything we needed and had nice appliances. The deck overlooking the beach is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back soon.

Best view on insland!

This vacation over Thanksgiving exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect right on the beach with a big view. We enjoyed the large deck overlooking the ocean. Interior of the house was clean, completely updated and had everything we needed. We will be back to this rental! Highly recommend.

Great beach getaway!

Very nice property, deck overlooking the ocean. Paul was great also, texted with a problem with the lock and they took care of it. Our family had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean at least twice a day sometimes 3.
