I'll say this first, we LOVED this house for Mardi Gras, it was perfect! It was on the parade route, and the kiddos all could stand on the balcony upstairs and catch beads. The down falls were: the house wasn't clean when we arrived, and trash bags full of trash were on the front porch. There were very few dishes to use and even fewer cooking tools - pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc. There were not many towels either so we ended up doing quite a bit of laundry - fortunately that worked! The app didn't share the wifi information, but we found it. The app also didn't share how to open the side door to go outside which was dangerous for kiddos with big screws sticking up out of the ground. Communication with VACASA was pretty terrible - the front door batteries were going out and when I notified them of this - they said they'd take care of it and never did. We left a window unlocked just in case we couldn't get in, fortunately because a couple times we couldn't. We loved the house for the location for Mardi Gras and proximity to the Pleasure Pier! So we'd stay here again BUT bring our own towels and cooking supplies.
