Beautiful beach views and clean place! The bunk bed configurations were quite nice with easy stairs to come down from the top bunks as we had 23 people. The beach was nice and clean and access to the beach were steps away from the property. The only thing I'd say is wear your shoes on the balcony as there were some nail heads that were sticking out a bit. Otherwise 5/5!

Plenty of room, plenty of beds for 16 guys. The beach access could not be better. Kitchen was great. The grill should be bigger for a house this big. Fire pit was nice.

Such a welcoming, beautiful, and serene location to share our family memories for my husband’s final resting place at sea with Galveston Burial at Sea. Communication and customer service was superb. Roomy and spacious, everything we needed was provided so minimal shopping. Excellent location, safe and well kept.

Loved the closeness to the beach and balcony views. Grandkids enjoyed the many rooms and places to play hide n seek. Nice house with ample dishes and supplies. Would stay here again!

My church group stayed at this property. It's a nice property with amazing views, plenty of beds, and a nice layout. Direct beach access and an outside shower is great. We did run into some of the problems listed by other reviews - main fridge was out of service and the three smaller fridges provided didn't work well. Kitchen sink and dishwashers were clogged. Outside trash receptacles were full. The maintenance team did respond and came out to flush out the plumbing. They were great, but it was definitely disruptive as they had to shut the water off for awhile. They weren't able to address the trash or fridge situation, so we had to make do with the situation. Otherwise, The property was nicely maintained and we did have a great time. Would stay with them again if they address those issues.

Read all reviews before booking

The home was spacious and accommodating for our out of town adult family gathering. However, I should have read the reviews prior to booking. We struggled getting AC in one of the bedrooms, limiting one of our married couples to using bunk beds. The main refrigerator in the kitchen did not work, spoiling food that was frozen and the milk for our coffee in the morning. This was previously posted in a June review. The outside garbage cans were full from a previous guest so we struggled depositing our trash; this complaint was previously posted in another review. One of the dishwashers did not work and had there been a note on it indicating it was broken, I would not have loaded dirty dishes in it just to remove and load them into the other dishwasher. Again, this was mentioned in an earlier review. We reported most of these issues a few hours after checking in and I get it, Friday after 5pm, isn’t the ideal time for a management company to have to deal with issues. We were asked by the management company to take pictures of the issues we reported, which we did both Friday night and again Saturday morning. This was the only response we received from the management company: take pictures.

Wonderful space and a Beautiful View

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation! Plenty of sleeping space for everyone to be comfortable including fun bunk rooms for the cousins! The living space was spacious and comfortable as was the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and dishes. The main fridge wasn't working which was a little annoying, but there were multiple fridges in the kitchen area and so there was still plenty of space to keep all of our perishables cold. The view was spectacular! The game room was an extra perk that the teens enjoyed. We loved the direct beach access and enjoyed so much time out on the beach and in the waves. We would definitely be interested in staying here again in the future!

House needs work

I do like the set up but a lot needs work on the house and things are incomplete. Had some issues and for the price don’t think I should have had them. All trash bins were overflowing in front of house when we got there, a sprinkler was damaged, downstairs was dirty and bbq pit was dirty and the main frig was not working. We did have a good time but just unhappy with all the things that were wrong. I felt like I spent more time dealing with what was wrong.

Business Retreat

Love this place! Stellar view and furnishings. Everything was very clean & tidy. Manager was responsive. Big TV for presentation & wifi were great! Would like check in to be earlier. Oven did not work but my personal chef still made an excellent meal. work

Some maintenance needed

Overall no issues but the house was a bit run down. Door knobs needed to be fixed, table is really wobbly, low spots in the floor. We also found the oven had a lot of cleaning chemical so when we turned it on the toxic smell filled the house.

Amazing beach access!

First, I would stay here again for the massive windows and the views you get from them! The large sofa and two blue chairs in the living room are very comfortable. The kitchen in roomy but a little run down. Everything works fine but the main frig didn't work, so we used the other one in the corner. You literally walk from the back yard right onto the beach, no bridge or anything!Pros:Every bed has a comfortable mattressPlenty of nice bathroomsBeach views from all but three rooms (Bunk rooms)The two balconies give wonderful viewsThe fire pit is a nice plusOutdoor showerGreat neighborhood, nice and quietArcade gamesConsAll quilts on the beds are thin, it would be helpful to have more blankets in a closet or somethingPlenty of plates, bowls, knives, need more spoons and forks (enough spoons and forks for maybe 8 people)No bathroom on the ground levelGood to know before packing:Small soaps and shampoo, bring your own if you're staying for a whileBring more paper towelsNo beach towels, chairs or toys (they can be rented)No seasonings other than salt and pepperNo foil, plastic wrap or food storage containersThis doesn't have all the amenities most houses I've stayed at offer. The pictures look amazing but it does need some TLC, especially in the kitchen. Keep that in mind and you won't be disappointed. It can hold a lot of people comfortably.

Nice Place

Pros: Nice place, with great views. AC is pretty good. Couch is very comfy with plenty comfy of beds as well. Perfect beach access. Well stocked kitchen with utensils but some of the drawers Cons: There were some mice droppings in one of the rooms. The deck had numerous nails sticking up. Two of the games in the game room had worn out controllers and weren’t playable. The internet wasn’t working initially but we were able to connect to the router directly as a bypass. Some of the bunk beds had missing wood with nails exposed.

Pictures are deceiving

First impression when we arrived there, property looking old and worn-out. Unpainted exterior greeted us. Next was the missing outdoor grill. I have reported to the owners as soon as we got there as we intend to use it to cook our dinner on our 1st night. When the owners were finally convinced that it was indeed missing, they said they were going to deliver a new one the next day. Made several follow ups the morning after only to have the grill delivered not until noon. By that time, my family especially the kids were all starving. And as what the previous reviews stated, there were black molds around different parts of the house. But seems the owners don’t do anything about it. Be careful with the water dripping from the AC on the right side balcony facing the beach. Lastly, on our 2nd night we noticed this funky smell. Turns out it was from their overflowing/ leaking outdoor sewage right under the property. So disappointed. Would not recommend.

Best view & beach access!

Our group of 14 loved it. Most bunk rooms we’ve ever seen. The living room, kitchen & dining room was larger than it looks online & great view of the beach. It rained on & off all week, but we could all be in this space without feeling crowded, and then run barefoot to the beach when it quit! Had a problem with 1 air conditioner, but repairman came immediately. It is showing some wear & tear, but that is normal at the older, right on the beach houses. We would definitely stay again!

This beach house is not qualify to be put on the market, it so so old and dirty. When we arrived there was multiple trash cans over filled with old food located right in front of the house with disgusting smell fly everywhere and can’t believe it’s dirty and old to the point there was maggots all over the floor. when we got in to the house the floor cover with sand and the whole property needs lots of fixing. In the evening we saw multiple big roaches crawling around the house. Overall this is a big mistake for our family we paid lots of money to return with this crappies services.
