Front door lock batteries were dead upon arrival. Took over two hours to get in property. Once inside, black hair was EVERYWHERE. All over the floors, clean towels, toilets, stairs, literally everywhere. It is pet friendly which I appreciate but there were definite stains all over rugs. There was a storm the night before arriving and no one had checked on property so the pool had chairs and broken umbrellas all in it. They have a smoke detector too close to the outdoor bbq pit so we tried to grill steaks one night and the alarm went off the entire time, texted management but no response. The house is adorable but has a huge management problem and cleaning problem. Be warned it backs up to a major highway so it’s not a relaxing, quiet setting. Lawn service at 7:00am on a Saturday. Pool gate safety latch not operable. Many other houses to choose from in the neighborhood.
