Great family reunion! We have been going to various rental house for many years and this house was BY FAR the best EVER!Yes. It's expensive. But it totally exceeded our expectations and we loved everything about it!This beachfront location was ideal with convenient walkover to a very private, uncrowded area on the beach. Such an added bonus having an outdoor shower with a covered and shaded pool/patio area.That was the total game changer! The water in the pool was always cool and refreshing... which NEVER happens during August in Texas.Beach-Rinse off-Pool....then repeat over and over!The house and neighborhood are really lovely but unexpected was the amazing views from the numerous balconies in this home. Growing up in Houston/Clear Lake area we have been to Galveston hundreds of times and have NEVER seen this area look so beautiful.The property office staff was so convenient with easy check-in and they were very responsive and easy to work with. We can't wait to plan a repeat trip to this house again next summer!
Walkway to beach so convenient and house provided 2 wagons, chairs, toys and floats. Everything you'd want on a beach trip.

Amazing place and wonderful host!

Home was absolutely beautiful! Accommodating floor plan with comfortable beds. Plenty room for all! The pool was a plus to have. The host was very punctual and accommodating to our needs. We do a family beach trip every year and this was by far the best place we have stayed. House is beach front but it is a bit of a walk to the beach access walkway. Was not a deal breaker for us. I would also like to mention how well stocked the house was. We brought lots of paper & staple goods. Hardly used any of what we bought….mainly just the paper plate, forks etc & cups. Not that the house did not have those, we were just saving on washing. Highly recommend this home.

Great Beach Home, Great Location, Already Booked a 2nd Trip

We loved this high-end Beach Home. Right on the Beach. Covered, heated, pool overlooking the dunes and beach. 2 car tandem garage with EV charger (kept 2 cars in the garage and 1 in the driveway). All the beach toys & chairs you would need. Great bedrooms, beds, and set-up for our group of 10 -- 6 adults, 2 preschoolers, and 2 toddlers. All but one bedroom being on the third floor and separated from the gathering area on the second floor was perfect when putting the kids down for their naps, while the adult’s played games. Balconies overlooking the ocean on each floor were appreciated and used. I appreciated the private beach and no cars, no public crowds. The residential elevator was much appreciated. The kitchen had everything you would need ... we ate out for every lunch but dined in for every breakfast dinner. Much of our trip was very windy and humid, so the heated pool and being right on the beach were ideal for the weather pattern dealt to us. This house was perfect for our generational getaway, ages 64 - age 1.

New Years Eve

This house was absolutely Beautiful! It was over the top accomodating from the hostess to the items supplied. All of the appliances were top of the line!The views were breathtaking and the easy access to the beach was awesome! The elevator made it easy for all of our things to go up and down! The rooms were amazing and spacious and all of the decor was beautiful! We had kids, teens and adults and we were all very happy with our stay. Can't say enough good things about this property!

Great Stay at the Beach

This a beautiful house at a great location on East Beach. The furnishings and appliance are very high end. Having an elevator is a big plus for moving all our baggage and food up two floors. The large covered porch off the living room/kitchen is a great spot to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We were able to see the full moon light on the ocean while we were there. The covered pool and outdoor living area were a big plus since there were red flag warnings for our first day. For our group of 7 adults, 3 preteen boys and a 4 month old we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We would recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect

I cannot recommend this beautiful home enough! We stayed for spring break with our group of 5 adults, and 3 teens. Our 2 other adult kids and their friends rotated through and spent the night with us. The 5 bedrooms were more than enough for everyone to spread out and relax. The heated pool on the ground floor was covered so came in very handy on rainy days. There are balconies on every level of this home on either side, so no matter where you sleep you have views. Front of the house has views of shipping channels and bay and back of the house has views of the ocean and beach. The area is very quiet and there is no crowding here whatsoever. House is stocked with beach gear so you really do t need to bring a thing! The kitchen was a dream with high end appliances, cookware and dishes. Fully stocked with everything imaginable to cook with. Conveniences of Galveston are a 5 min drive away. The house is gorgeous inside and the beds/furniture are comfortable. Someone spent a great deal of time on essentials, decor and bedding. I cannot wait to return to this lovely home during the warmer months.
