Inside, the bright and welcoming living area is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Settle into the comfortable seating, catch up on your favorite shows, or simply enjoy the beach views through the wall of windows. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare beach day snacks, family meals, or a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day. When it's time to gather, the dining area provides a comfortable spot for everyone to enjoy a meal or play a game together.

The main level is home to the spacious primary suite, featuring a king bed and direct deck access. Step outside first thing in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the Gulf views, or wind down in the evening as the island breeze rolls in. The upper level offers a queen bedroom and a fun-filled bunk room with two twin beds and a twin bunk, making it an ideal setup for kids or friends traveling together. Three en suite bathrooms off each bedroom make it easy for everyone to get ready before gathering for another day of beach adventures.

Outside is where CC's by the Seashore really shines. Enjoy fantastic Gulf views from the open deck, soak up the sunshine, or settle into the outdoor seating with a good book. Head down to the ground level patio and hangout at the outdoor bar, while the fenced yard gives four-legged guests a place to stretch their legs. There's even a half bathroom conveniently located on the patio for those spending the day outdoors. After a sandy day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower before heading back inside.

For added convenience, the garage provides access to a second refrigerator - perfect for keeping extra groceries, drinks, and beach day refreshments close at hand. A cargo lift makes getting luggage, groceries, and all those beach essentials up to the house a breeze so you can spend less time hauling and more time relaxing!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
