Overall our family enjoyed our stay the night before our cruise. Really appreciated the cruise parking offered and were able to easily get an UberXL to pick us and all our luggage up! We did have trouble getting in the door (key code no working) at first but Dante was quick to answer and provided another solution (lock box with key) to access the property quickly and easily. He was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Other reviews had mentioned the neighborhood not feeling safe - I totally disagree and we felt perfectly comfortable and safe the whole time. Yes there are a couple neighbors with messier properties nearby but it is also an older neighborhood with tons of historical homes nearby. We appreciate the character of a neighborhood like that! The property was large and kitchen and bathrooms contained everything we needed plus more. It was clean and beds were comfortable.My only complaint is we booked this location because it stated it slept 10 but that is not accurate. We had 6 total, my husband and I plus 4 children ages 21-13. There are 2 king beds and a twin over full bunk bed. Our 17 year old son didn’t want to sleep in a bed with one of his sisters so he slept on the couch and was comfortable but there was no extra bedding anywhere to truly consider the couch a bed. Not a big deal for us - we made it work. But something to be more aware of for larger groups. Again overall great experience and would stay again.
