Our primary concern revolves around the kitchen amenities, specifically the oven and hood vent. We were quite disappointed with the following issues:
1/ Oven and Hood Vent Lighting was not operable.
2/ Hood Ventilation was not operable
3/ Oven Knob and Technician Appointment: The most significant issue was the non-operable oven due to the missing knob of which the knob has the temperature gage on it. The day of Check In the Property Manager informed us a technician would come to repair it at 12PM the day after check-in. The Technician No-Showed and the property manager did not communicate anything to us with regards to this issue.
The result of this major inconvenience was that we were unable to use the oven, leading to a significant amount of wasted food, as our meals heavily relied on oven use.
Attempts to cook our meals, meant for the oven, on the stove were hampered by the lack lighting and lack of ventilation due to non-operable other components.
We text messaged and emailed property manager regarding these issues in detail and no response. we ended up leaving the property a day earlier.
Would have been nice to have the management of this property follow through with the repair as scheduled but didnt and woudl have been nice if communication was efficient but also nice for the management to have addressed our concerns following our stay which remain to be answered.
