My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It is a great location with ocean views and easy beach access. It is clean, well kept and well furnished. We did not use the hot tub, but we did use the golf cart which is a great way to access the beach. The host is quick to respond to any question you may have. I had a couple of questions and they were answered in less than 5 minutes! Would we stay there again? Absolutely yes!!!

The listing looked much nicer online than it did in person. The home wasn’t as updated or well-kept as the pictures suggested, and it was disappointing to find that not all of the child-friendly items advertised were actually available. The location is close to the beach, but you do have to cross a fairly busy road to get there, which wasn’t as convenient as expected. Communication with the hosts was quick, but the responses felt automated rather than personal, which made it harder to feel truly taken care of. Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not what we were expecting based on the listing.

Summer Getaway Success

My wife and I decided to stay close to home this year. House was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. Our vacation was much needed, and Kelsey provided a wonderful place to stay to make this happen. Would return.

Lovely property

The house is very nice and well maintained. It’s in a good location with great views and easy access to the beach. The spa downstairs is a very nice addition to the property. We used it several times. The owner was great to work with and was very proactive to make sure we were having a good time. We will definitely return!

Fun quick get away

We rented this property because they accept dogs. Great location; comfortable beds; nice kitchen; and better laundry than our home. We did donate a silicone spatula, and a couple of cooking spoons. But that was a must as we cooked a full Thanksgiving Dinner for the family. Communication was great. Will rent this property again.

Excellent stay

We spent just a few nights, but everything was lovely. The house was clean and well equipped (the only thing I wanted that wasn’t there was Tupperware). The coffee bar and waffle bar were lovely additions. We also appreciated the welcome gifts- sunscreen, chapstick, sunglasses, and bath bombs. The outside area was lovely and had tons of activities for to keep us entertained. My daughter loved the giant connect four. The golf cart was in new condition and got us to the public beach access quickly. We brought our dog and the property was perfect for pets. There were bowls for food and water, dog treats, and an enclosed, gated area to let them potty. Communication was prompt and clear. We loved the property and would stay there again!

Great getaway

Wonderful beach house with reliable owners who communicate immediately. Clean and stacked with whatever you need. Golf cart was so convenient for beach and getting around. Updated house and appliances, very clean.

This a very nice Beach area house.

Know the cart is used only in Community of Indian Beach "no beach access allowed for cart". The parking at Indian beach access is very restricted. The house is well provided with necessities. Comfortable beds, be alert to bottom step coming down from upstairs bedroom..it blends into landing and easy miss-step! The view from master bed room upstairs balcony is wonderful.

Great place for family vacation

Entire place was clean, owner was easy to communicate with, beds were very comfortable, walkable distance to the beach but used the golf cart most of the time which was a nice additional convenience. Our family of six had a comfortable stay. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful Beach view property

We absolutely loved the property. The property owner has great communication from the time You book until you check out, and is easy to reach if you have any questions. The house was just as pictured inside and out. We could see and hear the beach through the houses across the street. Wonderful property “extras” golf cart use, stocked coffee bar, waffle bar(my son loved this so much) , a gifted bottle of wine on the table. We were very pleased with the stay and would be happy to rent again.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

This property is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. The beach is just a quick 2 minute drive. We spent most of our evenings relaxing on the deck. Plenty of outdoor furniture and very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent this property again. Shaun was a pleasure to work with!

Lots of cute, not a lot of practical

Property is very cute and located within minutes of the beach. Lots of amenities. My only complaint is that there was no place for our "stuff." No drawers to unpack, the closets were full of th e owners Christmas decor, the pantry was full, and much of the refrigerator. Too much of everything--pillows, knickknacks, trays, etc. Additionally, there were no instructions about how to use thermostat and tv, which we had problems with. (Some of us aren't tech saavy). But it is a wonderful little property.

This property is amazing! Great location & views, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed to have a fun, relaxing and unforgettable family weekend. We were a family of 5 adults with 1 & 4 yr old grandkids. Shaun is just the nicest host. He made sure we had all the information we needed to enter the property hassle-free and to make our stay most comfortable. The gift basket was an unexpected treat! Absolutely blissful from start to finish!

We took our kids for a quick getaway after the 4th and had the pleasure of staying here. The home is EXQUISITE, the decor is so gorgeous, the location is perfect and we had a blast with the gator!
