    Beautiful 2nd row beach house located in Kahala Beach accommodates 14 people comfortably. The 3,100 sq ft home offers 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths, plus an outdoor shower. The spacious open floor plan, living area, dining room and kitchen allows plenty of space for all. The dining table includes seating for eight, with an additional seating for four at the bar. The walkover bridge to the beach is just a few steps away. Awesome view of the beach from inside the house and from the balconies. An elevator is available for your convenience for carrying groceries and luggage, and for guests that are not able to take the stairs. Lei By The Sea is a perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. This home has it all!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space that was also comfortable. Lots of room with beach views. The elevator wheelchair access was the reason we booked this house. Was very convenient for my 94 year old Nana. Also made getting luggage up stairs wonderful! Unfortunately a few things that were not address at all after a call and a msg. The master door would not lock which was a little scary. Jacuzzi did not work. We did not have air conditioning upstairs for 3 of the 5 nights. Seemed like it was not urgent. I have no tolerance to heat do to medications. Did not feel well and missed days at the beach with family.

The house was great. The design and amenities were very unique. The host let us know about some of the history of the house - it gave the house a personality that added to the experience. Being able to look out over the ocean from the deck was a treat.

Beautiful weekend away

Lei by the Sea is a spacious beach house with charming decor and fast access to the beach! Management was easy to work with. It was an ideal place to get away and relax with friends. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for family beach vacation. Very secluded away from crowds so easy access to beach. House was very nice with plenty of room for 14.

Family fun

Had family come in for the Memorial Day weekend and the house had room for everyone.Just a short walk across the street to beach ramp. Kids had a blast! Since it’s a private neighborhood the beach wasn’t crowded, we fished,Flew kites,etc.

PERFECT

our family (three generations) 8 people have stayed at this location for the past 6 years. The house is very well maintained and stocked, the property manager responds immediately and any problem is taken care of promptly the beach is a few steps away and is clean

The elevator was a bit misleading during booking. We were traveling with seniors and had planned on the use of elevator. It was cleared up when I received the check in procedure. We did not use the elevator. It would be helpful to add a traditional handrail on the winding stairs to make it safer for older adults who are still able to climb stairs but need the extra support.

Yearly Family Beach Gathering

The property was even more beautiful in person and very specious with only steps away from the beach. From patio deck you're able to see the moonrise and sunset. I recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach.

Rental couldn’t have been easier. This was our second year and will probably come again. Good restaurants just up the road and an excellent kitchen in the house.
