Very cute home in a quiet location. There were shops and places to eat nearby. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for longer stays. The family enjoyed the pool table and foosball table.

Charming Getaway Close to Beach

This home was a great place to stay and close to beach and all shopping needs. Quiet location yet very convenient. We were returning from a cruise but staying over for a fishing charter and requested an early check-in and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This made the last two days of our vacation so enjoyable.! I would recommend this location and host to others with no hesitation!

Family Weekend

The property was just as listed. Very clean and lots of room for our family. We would love to stay again when we come visit our son that goes to college in Galveston.

Wonderful accomodations

Absolutely love this home! It was plenty big enough for our family of seven! When we arrived it was nice and clean! The kids enjoyed both the pool table and the foosball table. We will definitely be back again

Fun game house

Nice place. Pool table was lots of fun for the family. We had issues with the water heater. Cold showers were no fun. Overall we’d stay there again

2 night stay

Pretty disappointed in the property as far as the accuracy of this listing. They have a BBQ pit but it's missing pieces and its falling apart. The neighborhood looks good to the house from the main street but don't keep driving cause you'll regret staying there.

Needs updated listing

We quickly rented this house because our previous reservation was canceled only 10 days before vacation. I searched for "swimming pool", and this home came up. Private swimming pool was listed as an amenity, but there were no pictures. I searched on Google maps, and there IS a picture of a pool at this address... so we were stoked. Until we got there and discovered that the pool is no longer there. I had a lot of disappointed little people. Otherwise, the place was OK. There aren't any supplied beach chairs, so you'll need to pack those. The clothes dryer sounds like it's on its last leg... close to bedrooms and LOUD, so that was annoying. So... generally OK, but not what was advertised/ expected. We had questions about the AC and wifi. Hosts did not respond to my specific questions, so we just figured things out the best we were able... each response was just the standard instructions for check-in,etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

COCKROACH'S GALORE!! COB WEBBS.. DIRTY FLOORS... NO COFFEE OR ANY CLEANING SUPPLIES!! THE WATER PRESSURE IS MINIMAL AT LEAST. WE HAD TO PURCHASE COFFEE, TOILET PAPER AND PAPER TOWELS.. ETC. WE GOT DOWN LATE MONDAY NIGHT AFTER VISITING OUR FAMILY MEMEBER IN THE HOSPITAL AND ONLY HAD ONE DAY TO ACTUALLY VACATION. THE TROPICAL STORM ALBERTO RAINED IN THE GULF SO MUCH THAT IT FLOODED THE BAY FROM THE STORM DRAIN SYSTEM AND WE HAD 4 FEET OF WATER THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO CONTINUE OUR STAY WITH THE CAR RENTAL. WE GAVE AMPLE NOTICE ON WEDNESDAY MORNING THAT WE HAD TO CANCEL THE REMAINING TWO DAYS OF OUR VRBO RENTAL.

Nightmare Rental

I’ll summarize this nightmare scenario, they doubled booked it blamed it on the booking process people. Then blamed us saying we didn’t tell them in advance notice there was a gas leak in their property; we now suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning, but we are the ones that called the fire department. My service animal tried her best to alert me to get out all night but it was raining I thought it was due to her being in new surroundings. This owner and company are very irresponsible vacation rental. One side note 2 bedrooms had red blinking lights on the fire detectors one room it was a hole where it should have been. There was no carbon monoxide detector nowhere in the whole rental. So there the nightmare!! Walk through any rental property making sure it has working fire/ carbon monoxide detector. Don’t let it ruin your whole vacation experience.It was a lesson learned for our family!

Excellent stay!!

Loved this place! We vacationed with our adult children and our grandchildren, the condo offered plenty of space and accommodations for all. After a long day at the beach, it was nice to have entertainment such as the pool table and board games to come home to. The place was extremely clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely book here in the future! 10 out of 10 stars!

Place was extremely clean, cheerful, and looked as though it had just been remodeled.
