June 2025 stay

We love the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo easily slept our 8 people. We were overall impressed and pleased with our stay!

Paradise

This unit gave us the paradise we wanted for our beach time. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked; we were able to boil up some fresh shrimp to eat while we enjoyed the sand and sun. Easy access to the beach, and the pool is great too :)

Rocky start as none of the door codes were correct. It took over an hour to get in upon arrival. The pool was great!!

Although ,we had a nice time during our trip. Their some need of improvement with the condos our coffee pot and the oven didn’t work properly. Also, the outside furniture needs improvement. We really enjoyed the pool awesome during the night time. Thanks

tv problem

since we had such a wide difference in age range, one tv not working when it was boiling hot outside for extra activities, caused a problem.

Balcony not accessible

The door code was wrong and had to wait for guard to come reset code. Balcony door was broken and the door knob was removed. It was taped over with electrical tape. Paid for 2 balconys and could only access one of them. The property is beautiful and easy access to the beach. Our only complaint is the condo was maintained to standards.

Horrible Customer Service/Hospitality

From pulling up to the gate/gate attendant to the call we made to address our concerns. No one even tried to accommodate us in any way whatsoever, just got an argument of how I probably didn’t read the agreement. The Customer Service rep was so argumentative I had to disconnect and end the call. Who wants to spend their vacation arguing from day 1. I’m so disappointed with this stay and how I went through VRBO and got no help from them nor VACASA who was the host. Carpet was filthy, kitchen had limited cooking utensils and towels for 1 day out of 4. We had to use a coin laundry room after paying for our stay that was truly over priced. I would never recommend these condos. EVER!

We liked the 2 balconies and the small porch area at the front door. Condo was roomy. Plenty of kitchen essentials. It needs updating of carpet in main bedroom. One bathroom had a stopped up sink.

My husband surprised me with a birthday trip and the condo was perfect!

Seascape offered a heated pool and adult only hot tub that was a nice touch since the gulf was freezing! Very nice security officer and staff.

Family Beach Time

The property was great. They need new pots and pans that don’t stick and a better internet service. Everything else was perfect!

Beach Vacation

We checked in Sunday afternoon around 4:00 with no problems at all. Rental was very clean. Loved that the beach was minutes away within walking distance and did not have to drive. Also the beach area was very private too. Felt very secure with guards on 24 hr duty. The kids loved the pool that was open till 11pm and we loved the hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint I had is that the sofa bed had bed bugs that bit my niece all over her body.

Great spot.

The property is just steps from the ocean and pools. Easy access. Beautiful landscaping. The condo is well laid out and had 2 balconies. Very nice and the agents were very helpful. My only suggestion is that the carpet in the master should be changed. It is stained.

Small but Adequate

Suggest a sign on guard shack saying stop/check-in. Upon check-in there was a problem with our lock not working. I suggest a routine checking of batteries. A little short on towels and washcloths for larger groups. Lastly, the pics on the website did not represent the way the property actually looked, please check this! Overall, good, easy walk to beach!

One of Most Convenient Places to Stay In Galveston

We've stayed in many places at the same property and this happen to be available last minute for the dates we needed it. The property is clean, well stocked, looks like freshly painted. The location is great within the property, it's at the end, two balconies, stair case nearby (the elevators are slow and on other end, so we use it when bringing up heavy items, but stairs are convenient). Our stay was good - we did have an issue with the keypad when we arrived, but turnkey answered our call and gave us the code to the other box to get a key out. I'm not sure why the code didn't work, we didn't see a Schlage Hub box inside connected to the wifi - so maybe that was issue with the keypad updating codes. Either way, the key worked for us during our stay. Also wifi wasn't named turnkey - some of us were able to connect to the xfinity one, while others couldn't. There were roku devices in bedrooms and tv's, we were able to sign in to our apps and watch tv - the living room tv had access to streaming apps from the xfinity box. Overall - we were happy with the place - we've stayed at other locations on same property that cost more for a 2 bedroom and others don't have two full baths like this place did. So overall happy based on cost we paid, some minor inconveniences with door and wifi, but nothing we lost sleep over.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frustrating. Condo was satisfactory. Management was lacking. Instructions were totally incorrect. Since everything was online, it was hard to get a resolution in a timely manner. No one even solved the problem of wristbands for the pool and beach.
