The house was beautiful. The listing does not list that you have to go down the road to the main office to get wristbands, we were under the impression that they would be at the house when we got there. The owner’s voicemail was full but replied to text quickly. You also will receive a code to enter amenities when you get your wristbands… you can’t do any amenities without either the wristbands and the code. The pier to get to the beach was super long - no fault of anyone’s of course, it just wasn’t anticipated. I would recommend taking a wagon for all of your beach items. The property was nice and well kept. The game room was super hot, we couldn’t get it to cool below 78, even with the air set at parameters. Overall, minor inconveniences. We had a great stay. They had plenty of towels, games, and kitchen necessities. Would stay again.
