  • Perfectly located in between the beach and downtown in the East End Historic District of Galveston. A short stroll to many popular restaurants and cafes! Enjoy the lovely gardens and butterflies of Darragh Park across the street from the property. Cottage offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living room, fully stocked kitchen and onsite laundry. Street parking as well as off street parking available. Compact cars and small SUVs will fit in the driveway, large vehicles are asked to park in the street at no charge. Book your stay and come enjoy Galveston’s charming and beautiful historic east end.

We loved the little pink house!!Walkable to so much on the east end.Comfortable Parking was a bit of a challenge but we managed. Pretty park across the street

This was the second time I have stayed at this house. It is very quiet street and neighborhood. Nice walking distance to several restaurants and nice beautiful houses to look at as you walk to them. The Host is very sweet and very helpful with anything that was needed. The house is handicap accessible which is a true blessing. Will definitely be back and enjoy staying in this house. Excellent and kind Host. 5 stars!!

Excellent stay!

The house is in a great location- near everything and in a quaint neighborhood that felt safe. On site parking was a huge plus in addition to plenty of space throughout the house. Bathrooms well stocked as well as kitchen! Accommodating host - definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great Little Bungalow Close to EVERYTHING

Our ladies had a wonderful weekend at this cute place and our hostess was very easy to reach with questions and info. Highly recommend!!!!

Galveston Beach Trip

We enjoyed our time in Galveston and renting this property vs a hotel room made our trip even better. Close enough to Pleasure Pier and the beach and convenient to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbaun. The property owner was very responsive and the house was clean. We appreciated the beach chairs available to use and my son really enjoyed the boogie board. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet little space

This place had a lot of good qualities about it. The decor has no real theme but oh well it doesn’t matter. It could use more pillows for the bed and a headboard. I hate having my pillow slip off the bed. The main bed was comfortable the others where okay. Over all it’s a great home, with a wonderful host.

This was such a good value for two couples for a holiday weekend on the island. The convenient and quiet East End location makes it easy to walk just a couple of blocks to some of our favorites, the Sunflower Café and the Original Mexican Cafe. The little neighborhood park across the street is gorgeous. The little cottage is light and bright, with lots of windows and high ceilings. Soft pastels on the walls and some really cute art, with full-size appliances in the spacious kitchen. The only real drawback is that if you want to park in the driveway, it is a very sharp and constricted turn from Church Alley to driveway, and the neighbors across the street tend to put their trashcan right behind the drive so that sometimes you have to get out and move it in order to make the turn in or out. It was also easy just to park on Church Street itself, though and walk through the yard - we didn’t have any trouble finding street parking while we were there. The host has provided several thoughtful touches like having some toiletries available, and the gatherings are large. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Friends weekend

I am in a wheelchair and the property is very accessible..we stayed for 5 days 4 nights beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very big and accommodating for a person in a wheelchair. The agent even bought a bench seat for me to use. It was very thoughtful. We will use the property again. The only issue was parking is on the street.my accessible van was too large to turn into the alley driveway.

Wonderful stay

We only stayed for one night but everything was clean and neat. My 10 year old son enjoyed some of the toys in the guest bedroom. There was a projector with pictures of space which he thoroughly enjoyed. This house is tucked away in the alley and was just a tiny bit of work to make sure we were at the right place. Didn’t take long at all to figure it out with the address having an R at the end.
