Unfortunately, this time I can't give a great rating. Except for the fact that the staff was extremely friendly as always, two hours after arriving, the power went out in the entire building, turning our stay into hell. We foolishly believed that the power plant would soon fix the situation, but that never happened. My family and I rented two rooms for five people in total darkness, excessive heat, extreme noise, and worst of all, the food we bought and had in the refrigerator was completely spoiled. A hotel should anticipate and be prepared for these types of situations, without a doubt. You pay for enjoyment, no matter what. A terrible experience on what was supposed to be a Memorial Day weekend for family and fun. Is there any compensation?
