This house sits just steps from the refreshing Gulf of Mexico! No other houses are in front of it, (see drone shot). Not only is it beachfront, it is located in popular Sea Isle, located on the West end of Galveston Island!
Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking, and you'll have a front row seat!
Enjoy the peaceful coastal décor with pops of color added for a fun vibe. Plenty of seating on the large deck for hours of beachfront enjoyment. Lounge on the spacious deck with friends and family or a good book and a nice, cool beverage.
You'll love getting cozy on the big, comfy, sofa while watching a favorite movie or simply enjoying the beautiful water view. The big dining area is a great space for gathering with friends and family while playing games or, enjoying an indoor dinner together in the cool AC, after a sunny day on the beach. There is additional seating at the kitchen island in the modern bright kitchen.
With three bedrooms and two full baths, this beachfront vacation home will sleep 8, with two sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
This beachfront escape is close enough to town to get in as needed yet, far enough away to enjoy time away from it all.
-West End Marina and Restaurants, only 0.8 miles away. Fun!
-Seven Seas Grocery is 4.3 miles away to pick up groceries, including a full meat market, along with wine, beer, and ice.
-Nate's Westend Seafood and Steaks (a local favorite) is located next door to Seven Seas Grocery.
-Waterman's Restaurant and Marina is 7.7 miles and is a wonderful place to have a meal and a drink overlooking Galveston Bay.
Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are approximately 16 miles down the road, and The Strand and Pleasure Pier are less than 20 miles away.
Sugar Bean Coffee and Cream is a fun coffee spot 14.5 miles away, very close to Moody Golf Course.
