This apartment was extremely clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. The beds were super comfy. However, the parking situation was not advertised accurately. The listing states that there is one parking space per apartment, however there is only about 1 space per 2 apartments in the lot. We encountered several other guests who were confused at the lack of parking. I contacted the management via the Expedia app to ask where to park, and they directed me to park in a public lot across the street. When I went to that lot, I noticed a posted sign that the lot was subject to flooding at high tide, which was a concern. I sent another message to management asking if flooding was an issue, and this time I received no response. I took a chance and parked in the flood-prone lot because there was no other choice. Later I discovered that satellite TV wasn’t working- we had planned to watch the UK Grand Prix in the afternoon, so we’re counting on the advertised satellite TV. I contacted the management- again, no response. The washing machine was horrible, locking our clothes inside until a 2 hour cycle completed, with no way to cancel. I’m glad we discovered this early in our stay, otherwise we might have tried to run a quick load before checkout, only to be held hostage by the washer for hours. They also provided no laundry detergent, luckily I had brought some along, in a nutshell, this apartment was very nice in some regards but the management ignored our pleas for help.
