The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests, configured as 4 adults and 1 child, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed across its floors.
On the main level, a spacious and bright open living and dining room welcomes you with a panoramic window, a dining table, and a kitchen corner fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor, along with floor heating throughout.
