“Exactly what we needed. There were nine of us we all had a place to sleep. It was very clean. We had to take turns for the shower as there was only one, but we knew that when we booked it. Perfect for our needs.”

“Very family friendly property, the park across the street was a hit for our grandkids”

“The place was great. The hangars were clean and cozy. The pond out back was great for the kids to fish all day. Everything we needed was provided for all of us. Plenty of room inside and out for a large family. The location of the hangars was perfect. Just a five to ten minute ride into town for supplies. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent stay! Communication was amazing from the property/owners. House was beautiful, just as pictures show. Location was perfect, very central and walkable. Property was cleaned nicely and up to date.”

“We stayed here after we sold our home and had a few days before we closed on our new home. Tyler was super easy to work with, we had to extend our stay a couple of times due to the closing getting pushed back. The house was as advertised nice large rooms and super comfy and clean, quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out process was easy, would recommend the property to anyone staying in the area.”

“Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property!...

“Very convenient to downtown Lee’s Summit.Clean and plenty of supplies in kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay again.”

“While reasonably furnished and clean inside, the listing felt more like a 2 or 3-star property than advertised. The bedrooms are extremely small—you can't walk around the beds or fully open the closet doors. The front door lock (the only access point) does not reliably work. Additionally, the basement is only accessible through a dark, unlit staircase in the garage. Be aware that customer service for lost items is lacking: I left a shirt in the closet and realized it an hour after checkout....

“This property exceeded expectations and provided a cozy, detail-oriented, and exciting location for our weekend stay. Just steps from downtown Lee’s Summit, but we didn’t want to leave! There are so many thoughtfully designed spaces to use in this house! The decor and creativity is comforting and inspiring. Our group of old high school friends is most certainly redecorating our own homes after this inspiring stay. What luxury! The host has thought of everything, which made this like staying in a...
