“Excellent séjour (chambre avec vue splendide, qualité de service et sympathie/sérieux du personnel). Dommage d'être submergé par des touristes allemands qui se savent pas s'adreser autrui autrement qu'en allemand et employer le vocabulaire italien de base ! L'hygiène (usage de la serviette) et la sécurité (trop d'utilisateurs en claquette) dans la salle de fitness sont à revoir ”

“The most wonderful staff- Alessandra, Sylvia, Natasha and all were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They loaned me a charger/converter; they helped me book my train trip back to Milan. All the time they took great care and made sure my family’s every ask was taken care of. The chef’s breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely a highlight of the trip. ”

“Ich war zuerst skeptisch ob der Blick auf den See den Bildern entspricht, ja das tut er. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt bei meinem Aufenthalt, das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Einige haben sich bei den Bewertungen beschwert, dass es zu laut wäre, das ist aber ganz normal am Gardasee, dort gibt es nur diese eine Straße am See und da fahren nun mal alle lang. "El mismo alojamiento podría haber avisado al cliente que estaba lleno de escoluelas. Entiendo que tienen derecho, y lo respeto, pero no han dejado descansar... lo unico que digo es, la proxima vez que tengan el hotel lleno de escuelas, avisen. Prefiero ir a otro hotel y volver la proxima vez (mas siendo un viaje de trabajo), que no poder descansar y no querer volver. Prefiero honestidad. Ademas, es la segunda vez que me encuentro a niños escolares y no dejan descansar ni disfrutar de las zonas comunes. "
