Ventris Retreat, Cozy Lake Home with a 6-person Hot Tub

Relax and take in stunning lake views. The lower level includes a comfortable King suite with a lake view, hot tub, bathroom, and a coffee bar. There’s also a bonus room with a pull-out bed and TV. The upper-level deck provides plenty of space with seating, a fire pit, a gas grill, and a large outdoor dining table. The house offers one queen bed, one full bed, and one king bed. It’s remote and seclude and situated down about 500 feet of gravel road, just 6 miles from the quaint town of Garfield.

This lovely property features:

The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, a full bed, and a bonus room downstairs featuring a sofa and a pull-out bed.

Two bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs in the king suite.

TV's:
Enjoy all your favorite shows or movies with ease on smart tv's. One in the living room, queen
bedroom, bonus room and the king suite.

The fireplace inside the home is inoperable, please do not try to light it.

Outdoor Amenities:
A private backyard features a fire pit surrounded by six chairs, all with a stunning lake view. On the upper deck, you can enjoy the same beautiful view while grilling your meal on a gas grill. There's also an outdoor table with six chairs and a gas fire pit for added comfort.


On your way to the retreat, which is quite secluded and remote, it’s a good idea to do your main grocery shopping in town. Depending on your direction, you can shop in Rogers, Pea Ridge, Bella Vista, or Bentonville. That said, there’s a DG just 7 miles from the retreat that carries the basics. If you are a Walmart + member they do deliver.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home. Please note that the shop is not available for guest use.

Please be advised that the hot tub cover must be clipped after every use, and the temperature should not be set below 100 degrees. Also, there are sanitizer packets that need to be put in the tub after every use to insure that water stay's saniti

Failure to follow these instructions—resulting in debris from an unclipped cover, cloudy water from low temperatures, or the use of oils—will result in a $250 cleaning fee. This fee covers the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and adding new chemicals to the tub.
