“Four of us enjoyed the Blue Cottage in May 2024. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay including a well-functioning gas grill. The views of Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens (we think) were spectacular. It should be noted that the driveway is quite steep and can be a little slippery in wet weather, but there are steps in the middle of it to facilitate safe walking. Parking is available on the street as well as in a garage.”

“My partner and I loved our stay at Lill’s zen cottage. Lill is an excellent host who was available and quick to answer questions when needed. She was quite helpful and close by, but we accessed the home without meeting her and we never felt our space was imposed upon. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and peaceful. “The hosts put much love and effort to make the property unique and inviting. Nice decor, wonderful patio with water fountain, It is small, and the working and kitchen amenities are minimal. The window coverings let light in, but just put a pillow over your head. It works out beautifully. The hosts are personable and eager to make your stay comfortable.”

Location was great for getting around Portland to explore, but having a quiet place to go back to within walking distance of lots of little shops and dining. House was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Parking was super easy. Although we didn’t need it, they did provide a pack-n-play for travelling with our infant. “The property is in a very quiet area, right next to the river. The house is well-furnished with quality couches, beds, appliances, etc. Charming house, very comfortable for our family of 4. Could easily hold more comfortably. Easy check-in (key-less entry) and check-out (strip beds, start dishwasher).”

The place itself was just perfect, on a quiet street, just adorable inside and out with a nice patio area out front. “This was such a cozy stay. The amenities this resort offers is beyond what I was expecting. The spa and sauna was a percent way to add to the relaxation of space. Loved having the ample space, and all the trails connected to the property. Restaurants, Coffeehouses, Grocery Stores, and Gas stations were all within minutes away. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Made you feel welcomed right when you stepped in. Has to be one of my favorite stays. I honestly never wanted to leave. Can’t wait...
