Villa Wirnica – Luxury Historic Villa with Private Pool on Lake Como (Garlate)

Originally a 16th-century rectory later transformed into a noble silk producer’s home, it retains its authentic charm. The villa spans three floors and accommodates up to 14 guests. It features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and five double bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a lake-view smart working area, air conditioning in three bedrooms, TV, washing machine, billiard table, and a crib on request.



Outdoors, guests can unwind in the panoramic private pool, stroll through the manicured garden, or enjoy lake views from two balconies—perfect for breakfast or sunset aperitifs.

To make your stay even more exclusive, we can arrange, upon request, a private chef, breakfast, lunch and dinner catering, boat tours, extra cleaning, massages, and wellness treatments, all available for an extra fee. To ensure privacy and service quality, access to external providers—including private chefs and catering—is not allowed.



Owners and caretakers are present in separate, reserved areas, ensuring maximum discretion. Pets are welcome.
