“The house has some character (in a good way). Nice ambiance with some added lights. VERY comfy master bed. The fire pit propane was empty, but the owner was extremely responsive and brought us a new one in short order. The only downside was the proximity to the railroad, which had trains coming every 15-20min at some points.. wasn’t terrible, but a minor nuisance. Overall the stay was great.”

“The house and backyard was a lovely little getaway from the city and very close to the Indiana Dunes National/State Park. Spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the backyard, bird feeders, and listening to the owls beyond the train tracks. The firepit and gazebo made it enjoyable, even as it rained. The house itself was clean and has everything you needed. Highly recommend.”

“This rental by far is one of the best rentals I’ve rented and I rent 5+ a year. Very clean and updated home with plenty of space. Comfy beds, plenty of blankets and pillows. Fully stocked kitchen with all the Necessities! Also was very impressed with the stocked coffee, toilet paper, trash bags, spices that came with it. This is not typical for a rental. They typically leave you enough for a day. We were there for 5 days and still didn’t run out! There was enough parking and the double garage...

“We were here for a funeral and this home was a wonderful place to gather with family as the deck and family room are perfect. With 7 bedrooms, although smallish, everyone had their own space to which to retreat. It is a very well stocked hpuse and Brittany was soo sweet and communication was excellent. She even left us flowers and a condolence card. We hope to return to this beach house again and spend more time on the great beach that's such an easy walk from the house. Thank you for sharing !”

“The yard is awesome, of course the hot tub at the top of the hill was the best, and we enjoyed the firepit as well. The house was a tidy little cottage at which we enjoyed our stay. It’s within a short walk to the National Park and downtown Miller Beach. The neighborhood is fine, pretty secluded, and still close to most attractions.”
