Welcome to the Haffresidenz.

The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by fragrant pine forests, sweeping cliffs, and mysterious moors, your vacation begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests here and delight in the many protected natural areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa of Heringsdorf or the seaside spa of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can round off the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers sports and cultural activities such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach on Usedom can be reached via the well-known imperial spas, which are eight kilometers away and a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is located 5 kilometers away.

Nearby is the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the lagoon coast. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the Haffblick Apartment (4a.11).

With 65 m² of living space, this modernly furnished vacation apartment offers plenty of room for three adults and one toddler up to two years old (in a crib) to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom. 

This spacious vacation apartment is located on the second floor (elevator available) of Building 4a, built in 2020, and features many accessible design elements.

The open-concept living area is equipped with a corner sofa, a stereo system, and a smart TV. From the living room, you have access to the southwest-facing balcony. From the living room, you have access to the south-facing balcony. Furnished with seating and a lounge chair, the balcony offers stunning views of the park and is a wonderful place to enjoy your meals and admire the scenery.



The kitchenette features high-quality appliances such as a stovetop, coffee maker, oven, egg cooker, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Gather around the dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day of vacation.



A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the high-quality double bed (180 x 200 cm). The bedroom also provides another exit to the sunny balcony. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time at all (sleeping area: 135 x 200 cm). 


The fully equipped bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. A brand-name washer-dryer available for free use rounds out the vacation rental.

The living room and bedrooms can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The windows are equipped with insect screens.

Your dog, weighing up to 15 kg, is welcome here. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash within the vacation complex. Outside our property, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely. Please remember to include your dog when making your reservation.

A free parking space is available in front of your vacation home. Additional parking spaces can be requested.
