“Magical. From the lighted patio, to the sights and sounds of the river, to the cozy charm of the cabin, it was beyond wonderful. As soon as my husband and I drove up on our first night, we knew we wanted to extend our stay, and we were able to! It’s the perfect place to unplug and reconnect with yourself. The redwoods provided some amazing trails and spectacular views. We will be back! ”

“Used this place for a couple nights exploring the Redwoods National and State Parks. Was great to use a base for exploring as it had a built in bathroom compared to other options with communal bathrooms. Location was easy to find right off the highway. Shower and other utilities worked great, just were a bit small but that is nitpicking. There was a weird smell when I first got there but used an air freshener and it cleared right up. Overall happy with my experience! ”

“Our family of three -- wife, son, me -- plus our dog stayed a night here on a trip down the pacific coast. Great little place a short walk from an easily-accessed beach that was never crowded and great for dog-walking. Hot tub was a nice addition. Main bedroom was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice for our son.Food can be found about 5-10 minutes in either direction, possibly closer. There's a nice town about ten minutes north, into Oregon, that has a fine selection of restaurants...

“The resort layout provided great privacy and quiet surroundings. I greatly appreciated the self-check-in/out to the cabin. The cabins and Tee-Pee area shared one shower/restroom area that required an unlock code to use and a $3 deposit for shower use much like a State Park facility. The benefit is the privacy and cleanliness in using the shower/restroom arrangement. The host was great: available and accommodating!! I will contact the resort again for a longer stay in September. "We have stayed here on multiple occasions and each time we have had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable for us, we were able to get a good night’s rest after a few hours of driving. Plus the complimentary breakfast was really nice to have before leaving the next day. Staff was also very kind even when checking in late in the evening. We have made staying here our number one choice when in town. Thanks!"
