We weren’t aware that anyone rented down there until we arrived and read about it in the welcome binder. We were playing cards at the table in the house with our adult children and our seventy year old in laws. The downstairs renter started banging on the floor/his ceiling and shouted for us to shut up. For me the kitchen was outstanding! We have to eat a specific diet and the kitchen can make or break a vacation. Well stocked with cooking gear and functional appliances. The bedrooms and living spaces were great, there is lots of parking, close to plenty of restaurants.
