La unidad da al Downtown Gatlinburg's Parkway. Tiene una cama king size en el principal con bañera de jardín y ducha con balcón privado. Dormitorio de invitados tiene (2) camas Queen size con baño privado. Hermosa chimenea de piedra junto con exquisitos muebles acompañan la sala de estar con balcón. Cocina completa con lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora. Keurig Coffee Pot, Blender, Tostadora, platos, ollas y sartenes están incluidos. La unidad está en el 5to piso al lado del elevador. Magníficas vistas del centro de la ciudad y las montañas, sin mencionar el Space Needle que está bellamente iluminado por la noche. Ascensor y escalera accesibles. Comunidad al aire libre Piscina / jacuzzi disponible durante las temporadas de permisos. No se permiten mascotas, excepto animales de servicio. La unidad está al otro lado de la calle de Ober Gatlinburg. Tenemos un elevador de la torre que lo llevará por 55 'hasta el estacionamiento de Quality Inn, donde tendrá acceso a maravillosos restaurantes y tiendas. Location is awesome. We had to be at the Convention Center and it was next door. Property is at the top of a hill that would be a challenge to climb for anybody with mobility issues but is less than 300 feet to the parkway downtown. Super clean, well equipped! Highly recommend.

Everything was great. When we walked in there was a beautiful Christmas tree made us feel welcome and at home. Elevator to street was not working hard to walk up the street to condo.

Balcony view ok parking lot was not safe as the resident on the first floor right next to the elevator is feeding the local bears so to come out and find a bear sitting by the elevator wD a bit mych. The walk to town was super close but the steepgrade of the hill made it very hard to climb. I am 65 yrs old..the unit was nice but the bears were also using that only driveway in and out to go into town so we were always scared walking back up...

The location is great - no need to worry about driving the parkway or finding paid parking. The bed and furniture are very comfortable. This was our second time staying here and we will look for this one again next time we come to Gatlinburg.

Family trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park trip

The condo in downtown Gatlinburg was in a great location, with a comfortable living space and beds, outside patio with views of the mountains, and steps from the main strip with restaurants and shops. It was very close to the park entrance which helped us with our early morning start for our hikes. Bonus was the best view in the house for the 4th of July fireworks and drone show at the Space Needle from the condos front balcony! We had a great stay!

Perfect Location

We were in Gatlinburg for a dance competition at the convention center, and this was the perfect place for our homebase. We were able to walk to so many of the restaurants and activities nearby and with the trolley could easily access things that were a little bit further away. Unit is well laid out in furnished and has just about everything we needed to eat meals there. Plenty of parking, although we rarely move the car because of how easily accessible everything was by foot.

Great location and overall nice property

This location is perfect if you want to spend the day in the park hiking and the evening in downtown Gatlinburg. Our only complaints are both things that could be helped and things that could not. Things that could be helped: the coffee pot was dirty, the unit was dusty, socks from prior people left under the bed, the bed skirt was dirty, the dishwasher was dirty and musty, the fan on the balcony had a fan blade missing/broken and it was on the table on the balcony. Things that could not be helped: this location is in downtown Gatlinburg, which is a plus but it also means you will hear the garbage truck every morning at 5:30 a.m.; and birds start singing at 3:30 a.m. and they live in the rafters of the buildings and they are very loud.That being said, we would absolutely rent again. Communication with the property managers was excellent, clear, timely, and concise. This property had everything we needed.

Gatlinburg Stay

The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in Gatlinburg. We did have to pay for parking in the city because an elevator was broken and I couldn’t do the walk down the hill but that was out of the property owners control. The condo was comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the view of the city from the balcony.

Great location

The unit is in a great location with ample parking. Short walk to the strip , the elevator that takes you to the street level is out of order at the moment so be prepared for the walk up the hill at the end of the day. Next to that we would stay here again.

Nice centrally located condo

Easy to get down to everything in Gatlinburg when the rear elevator to the street level is working. 3 of our 4 people have mobility issues and this time the elevator was not working. This is the first time in 10-12 years of staying in these condos that this has happened but it made quite a difference walking up and down to the street. Condo is nice although its time to start replacing the couches as they are showing wear. Beds were good and overall its a nice stay.

Beautiful Condo

Summit Manor Condos are the perfect location for walking the Gatlinburg Parkway strip. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Host had great communication. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the elevator. The walk up and down the drive to the Parkway is steep. We have stayed there before and knew of this so it was not an issue for us-good exercise! Would stay there again.
