Family vacations are for making great memories, and that's just what we did at our lovely Sweet Surrender cabin. We literally took our family of six to Gatlinburg for five nights over New Year's with the main goal of spending most of our time in our cabin just relaxing. A quick trip to a nearby grocery store and we were set. The cabin was perfect. It was extremely clean (#1 in my book) and secure. With four kiddos, entertainment when the goal is to relax can be taxing, but that was not a problem at Sweet Surrender. We made full use of the large private hot tub, pool table, arcade, comfy throw blankets, and gas fireplace. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes we needed to cook up a few meals throughout the week. With a beautiful dining table and spacious bar, we had plenty of seating. The cabin layout was cozy, yet still offered enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own time. We had neighbors, but honestly never knew it. Our stay was quiet, yet great proximity to all the happenings. Booking was easy and check-in and out instructions were just as simple. Our hosts, Susan and Kevin, were welcoming, readily available, proactive and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We are extremely grateful for our time spent at Sweet Surrender and definitely recommend!
