Home fully stocked, even had a pie pan for the apple pie we made with apples from Hendersonville, NC. It was a welcome quiet haven after the madness of Gatlinburg. Hot tub was perfect after hiking. Wonderful stay!

A fantastic place for our family get-together and visit to the Smokies. Six adults and four teens had a wonderful time with a terrific campfire area (with plenty of dry wood), a closet full of games, a pool table, arcade games, and a very quiet environment.

Beautiful Home!

We had a short stay for Memorial Day weekend, so our son and his friends (Active duty Marines) could give his sister a send off to Marine Bootcamp. The house has plenty of games, and stuff to do if you dont want to venture into the tourist crowds of Gatlinburg etc. The hot tub is amazing, we also used the fire pit and the jacuzzi tub. Owners/prop managers are very responsive. Theres a 2nd 1/2 kitchen out by back porch, game room and laundry room. I highly recommend going to Wildside UTV to go Ziplining on the longest fastest zipline...its got gorgeous views. If you’re into mountain biking or UTV...this is the place. Around the corner is horseback riding as well. If we come to Gatlinburg again, we would def choose this house again! Thank you for a beautiful relaxing stay!

Incredible!

This house was incredible! The peace and quiet we found in this beautiful setting was wonderful. The host was wonderful, responsive and helpful. The house was well cared for. It had everything you could think of, even down to roasting sticks for marshmallows. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pans of all kinds. The hot tub was refreshing each night after a long hike. Everything was in good shape. The *only* thing I can say that would be remotely negative was I wish there were more towels. With 8 people, and a hot tub, we had to wash towels each day in order to have enough to shower and dry off from the hot tub. And really if that’s the only complaint, that’s saying a lot. Book this property for your next vacation.

Convenient to Rocky Top Sports World

Perfect place if you are attending an event at Rocky Top Sports World, or is you are just enjoying a get away from the rat race with your family. This home was clean, private, in a gorgeous setting. Everything you would love to feel at home away from home.

Amazing property

The property is located on the top of the hill, secluded in a tranquili and seryn woodland. We enjoyed our evening around the campfire and of course the hot tub. We even seen a small Black bear. The host make sure that all the relevant information are passed to us for a smooth check in in check out. It was a real pleasure for us to spend our holiday there. Many thanks.

Perfect in every Way

We stayed for 4 days and wish it had been longer. It had everything we needed. The set up was perfect for a a group and it’s private comfortable and large. The dinning room table was great for family games and the game room was perfect in the evening get togethers singing karaoke (we brought our own) pool and cards. Plenty of fire wood for outside fire pit and the kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and s’mores.

Out of the hustle and bustle

Soent spring break here with best friend and his family. Great location on the "quieter" side of Gatlinburg. Easy access to park, PF, and Sevierville for groceries. Traveled with 5 month old, 2 year old and 5 year old. Unlike other cabins in area, we weren't always worried about heights or steep cliffs, even if you dont get the "mountain views".

This house was terrible. So dirty and dusty. It was cold downstairs and extremely hot upstairs. Dead bugs in bathrooms. Other than the master bathroom, the other 2 bathrooms were SO dark-poor lighting. No counter space. We just couldn't get over the obvious that it had not been truly cleaned in A LONG TIME. The supplies left by the owner were sparse and cheap. ALSO, there was no lock at all on the sliding glass door in the bedroom next to the game room. There were NO curtains on the sliding glass door by the pool table. That is ridiculous as 2 people slept on the twin beds in the game room. The outside patio off the game room was so dirty. Didn't want to sit on the cushions. The pictures showed this house clean and pristine. The only 2 mattresses that were decent were the twin bed mattresses. The rest of the mattresses were NOT good. The linens were cheap in the bedrooms. My overall impression: the expense was a rip off and the owners PUT LIPSTICK ON A PIG remodeling this house.

Loved This Place

We loved this home! The pictures barely do it justice. It is conveniently located to the artist community and minutes from Gatlinburg. But it is so quiet and peaceful, you have the whole hill to yourselves. The home is beautiful and the property is fantastic!

Private Getaway in a Great Location

My family & I enjoyed our stay. The property gave us a very private area to relax in the evenings & it is located a very short distance from town. The only negatives was the bottom of the driveway (just be very careful) & the property could use a good spring cleaning. Definitely nothing that would deter me from staying again. We had a great time and only wished we would have stayed longer. Still had so much more we wanted to do.

Perfect spot for relaxing and reflection

We couldn't have had a better spot. Extremely peaceful and beautiful setting. The cabin is exceptional. Decor is so well done. Lots of space but cozy also. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. All you need to bring are the ingredients. The outdoor areas are what sold me on booking this cabin and they held up to all expectations. Sat each morning drinking coffee and listening to the water features. We look forward to booking a return trip

Great spot for extended family getaway

We had a great stay. I not emphasize enough how important it is to follow the directions about parking. It can be tricky getting up the drive, but totally worth it. I will stay here again.

Beautiful home, beautiful setting

We loved staying in David’s home! This house has almost anything you could ever need! The proximity to gatlinburg was great and the drive to and from the house was very pretty. Our family loved spending time in the sunroom and the game room. The house was very clean!

Best place to stay!

Our family loved the seclusion yet being close enough to enjoy all the attractions the area had. The house is better than I can describe. The owner has made sure the chalet has accommodations for all ages. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is stunning and the outside very beautiful! The hot tub is a plus and just the go to after long days of shopping, rafting or hiking. The owner is very easy to work. We loved the secluded home and area is gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Mountain Oasis

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Everything about the home was as expected based on the description and photos on Vrbo. It took a little adjusting to get used to the presence of nature/critters in and around the home, but that is to be expected in a mountain setting. The location was amazing and offered super easy access both to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The owner provided great information and tips related to activities in the area. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice escape from all of the hustle and bustle of normal life.

Does not get any better!

Each morning I had my coffee sitting by the little water fall with the frogs! The house was more than we expected ! Convenient to both hiking and downtown! We used the amazing hottub and the fire pit. We sat in the little nooks around the house when we needed space away from each other. We colored and puzzled at the large dining room table. We truly loved every minute of our time:)
