Situado en Elk Springs Resort, justo después de la Comunidad Artes y manualidades en Gatlinburg. Esta cabaña de lujo ofrece entretenimiento, tales como una habitación bien equipada cine en casa y una mesa de billar, hockey de aire, alta velocidad de acceso inalámbrico a Internet y una bañera de hidromasaje en la terraza. ¿Hemos olvidado mencionar la parrilla de gas en la cubierta?

Great location!The air hockey, pool table, gas fire pit and theater were great amenities to have and allowed us to all have such a wonderful time together. Cabin was clean and nice location. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to prepare meals in cabin. Would stay again.

Annual Family Vacation

There were 9 adults and 1 eight-year old and the property was a perfect size for us. We had a few minor issues and contacted the property manager and were shocked at how responsive they were. I highly recommend this property and this property manager.

The staff was fast to respond when we had any issues or questions. The only issue, and it wasn’t an issue per se, there could be more pots, pans, and dishes available, maybe even small appliances, such as crockpots and keurigs.

Elk Springs was very helpful in picking out the perfect house for our crew. The location was great. Our accommodations were fantastic. We had more than enough room than needed for our 8 adults. We loved the game room and hot tub. Elk Springs staff was incredibly responsive to all our needs while we were there. Can’t wait to get back over there!

Nice location but missing aminites

Reviewer Comments: location was good, very accessible and beautiful but the cabin from inside was not upto the expectations. the soap bars where inside the hand wash basin, there was no vaccum cleaner, no iron, no toys at all for kids. The door lock was also difficult to operate.

The cabin is nice, but needs to be updated badly with new furniture and décor, these things are old and have seen their better days. New faucets, ceiling fans, furniture, appliances, & mattresses would do wonders.

Sibling Reunion

Property has many nice amenities….the theater and the fireplace had some issues when we arrived but management took care of these problems quickly and efficiently. The hot tub was very clean (no suds or scum!) The beds were VERY comfortable. Our group of siblings (age range 64-78) spent a wonderful week visiting Gatlinburg and enjoying the fall foliage in the Great Smoky Mountains…..we were disappointed in that we never saw a bear. Maybe next time! We enjoyed our visit to Fire in the Sky very much .

One thing that was a little challenging was the narrow winding road to get to the resort. Restaurants and shopping were about 20-30 minutes away again on narrow winding roads. I would recommend to others and I believe I would make a return visit. Customer service always provided updates and helpful information.

The property is advertised to acomidate 14, and while it may sleep 14 the kitchen is deffinatly lacking to cook for that many people. Since we were traveling from Phoenix to Tennesee it would have been nice to provide some basic things as dish soap and trash bags. We are a large family of 11 and have rented several places around the country for family vacations and have never had to provide our own trash bags toliet paper, paper towels etc. It was definatly not as accommodating as any other place we have rented. Also there was not seating for 14 to relax in the living space or to eat together. That said location was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Informed that check in was going to be delayed- so we rearranged our plans. Then shortly after was informed that check in was no longer delayed. Informed the dryer didn’t work 1 hour before check in. We had 15 people including an infant and was unable to wash towels during our stay or any clothing. There was trash underneath one of the beds and the pull out couch linens had not been changed from previous stay.
