New years trip

Great location and very clean. Each bedroom had its own bath which we loved. Our favorite place was gathering around the table playing games and cards! This room was amazing and perfect for us all gathering together. I would definitely stay there again! The arcade game was a nice addition too! Love to play a little PAC-Man!

Gatlinburg Christmas Trip

Great location in Gatlinburg. We were able to walk around the town to shops and restaurants. Entrance to Smokey Mountain National Park was a short drive away. The house had ample space for our family and was very comfortable.

Outstanding location and communication with owner

The home had so much character, we could take a short walk to pigeon creek or a few minute walk and was in downtown Gatlinburg. The owner was top notch with the app they offer and communication during the process.

Plenty of space and nice to have all bedrooms with bathrooms- outside area needs cleaned/updated. Dishwasher , garbage disposal broke, and very spotty internet- all TVS in bedrooms- could not watch as needed very spotty internet, Sink was stopped up in kitchen- chair broken in main room. It is convenient to downtown but for the money super frustrating to have so many problems-

Gatlinburg Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hill Street Hideaway. It was a short walk into town and the home had all the charm of an old fashion cozy cottage. Doug & Denise were prompt and attentive hosts. I would definitely recommend this charming home to anyone for a cozy getaway!

A great, cozy home!

The location of the property on the north side of Gatlinburg is excellent, the neighborhood is not the best, but it is fine. We could easily walk downtown, get to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and go to Dollywood, without having to go downtown Gatlinburg, which is a definite plus. There were a lot of us, but the home was perfect. The beds were very comfy. It’s a great place!

Great home for the weekend

We had a great time. Exploring all the rooms was fun for the kids. We brought our Sheepadoodle with us and he had a great time. Lots of room. Actually too much room for just the 5 of us. Lol It is so close to Gatlingburg. We had opportunities to stop by the house and run in when we needed to. Thanks for letting us stay last minute for a quick weekend trip!

Older home, loads of character, great location!

Location is awesome! Games available for the kids. Loved being able to choose temperature for each room upstairs. No one in our group complained about their bed being uncomfortable, which almost never happens. Kudos to the owners for that. We enjoyed our stay.

A home with six bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. How can you beat that. Location was very good; we walked to town for fireworks. Everything was in perfect working condition.

Family Getaway

The property was just as described. Very large and spacious. We had 11 adults and 4 children age 5 and under. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was awesome. We walked to Gatlinburg rather than having to fight the traffic and pay for a parking spot (if there were any available). We cooked all our meals at the house (except for the first night when we ordered pizza). The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be able to come back someday.

This property was great for our vacation with extended family! Very charming decor. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for every couple to have their own! Plus extra beds for kids if needed. Very close to town, about a 10-15min walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House - Perfect Location

We stayed at this lovely property for a family Christmas vacation. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and it is the perfect location for anything you would like to do in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely return!

Hill Street Hideaway

Our family of fourteen fit perfectly in this house. Accommodations were good with a little bit of nostalgia and walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. It is tucked away on a dead end street by the river which made a beautiful backdrop for family pictures. We would stay there again.

Great house! Great location!

We absolutely loved this property! The house is beautiful, amenities perfect, and the location is outstanding! The fact that each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom was wonderful for our group of ladies. We were able to come together in the large living and dining areas, and rest in the comfort of our own suite. The owners are super responsive and thoughtful. You cannot go wrong with this property!

Comfortable and Cozy

We rented this home for a siblings family reunion. There were eleven adults total. Hill Street Hideaway was the perfect place for us to stay and large enough to accommodate everyone. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. One of the incentives was that we didn't have to drive up a steep mountain road to get there. Our host Doug Diamond was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. His communication made everything flow smoothly and I couldn't be more pleased with his involvement. Should we return to the Gatlinburg area again I will definitely inquire about the availability of Hill Street Hideaway and hope to work with Doug again...

Charming, Peaceful

Loved the character of this property. Plenty of room for our large family. We spent New Years Eve here and did our Christmas. Great location and close to downtown Gatlinburg. It was very peaceful and close to the creek where we took a family picture. We would stay here again.

Quick getaway

We booked for a weekend getaway and the host was very flexible when one of the kids got sick and we needed to move our trip. The location is great. Easy to get into and out of Gatlinburg and not get caught in the traffic! Plenty of beds and very comfortable.

Stress free

This was the most relaxing vacation I have had. Checkin was every easy. House was spacious yet very cozy. The large dining room was perfect for my family to laugh, play games, and gather.
