Nuestra unidad en Oak Square Condominiums tiene un amplio dormitorio con cama king-size, y la puerta corredera que da a un balcón cubierto privado con vistas a la piscina exterior y jacuzzi. La cocina está totalmente equipada con armarios de roble hermoso, horno, superficie de cocción de cuatro quemadores con horno, microondas, nevera, máquina de hielo, y cafetera. El salón tiene un sleepersofa y otomana para relajarse mientras disfruta de la chimenea de leña. Además, este condominio cuenta con dos televisores de pantalla plana por cable uno con DVD / VCR. El edificio de apartamentos cuenta con dos ascensores convenientes y carritos de equipaje para uso de los huéspedes.

Estamos ubicados en el centro de Gatlinburg lado de la calle del famoso teleférico que va a Ober Gatlinburg y minutos de las Grandes Montañas Humeantes Parque Nacional. Caminar a cualquier lugar de nuestra ubicación y encontrar buenos restaurantes, una infinidad de tiendas, el Gatlinburg Aquarium, de Ripley Believe It or Not, y mucho más! Si no quieres caminar, tomar el populares Gatlinburg Trolley, se detiene justo en nuestra puerta y le llevará a un sinnúmero de lugares en Gatlinburg, el Parque Nacional, y Pigeon Forge.

The reason I gave a four is because of the check in mess up. I had left two messages and had gone across the street to rent a different room when you called. The text I got had the address. But it said A condos. The name was even wrong. You should probably update your site.

Lovely condo!

This condo was perfect. It had a pretty living room, a small but nice kitchen and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It had a big bedroom with a big, comfortable bed. It even had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view and the breeze. I would absolutely stay here again. Absolutely lovely and very clean!

Great location

If you want a place to stay that is within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg this is it. Very cozy and comfortable for two people. This location also has covered parking. The host is amazing and we will definitely plan another stay.

A plus condo and host

Our family stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 children) in this condo, it’s exactly what is advertised. It’s clean, convenient and cozy!! We have rented from Mr. Verlon and Ms Judy for the last 4 years and will continue to do so for our annual “Mardi Gras” trip. If you’re looking to stay in downtown gatlinburg, this condo is truly all you’re looking for and the host, Mr Verlon and Ms Judy have always been very easy to reach if you need anything. We would highly recommend this condo!!

Great location

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The location was great, very close to the main strip. We parked our car and just walked everywhere. We stayed for 3 nights and I honesty have no complaints. The wood burning fireplace was GREAT!! Thats one of the best features of the unit most places don’t have wood burning fireplaces anymore, we brought a couple of bundles of wood from home. there is a market a couple of blocks away that sells wood if you need it. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The unit is not a fancy place and it is a little older but if you are like us and are out and about most of the day I felt like for the location and price it was perfect.

Great Location, Not Good for 2-Bed Parties

Oak Square is an older condo complex right on River Rd. The location is convenient to the parkway and eveything you'd want to do. The complex definitely shows its age but isn't necessarily bad. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was a bonus even though we never made the time to take a dip! Inside, the condo is small but complete. It was clean and had what we needed. I'm sure the fireplace is lovely when it gets a little cooler outside. It's ideal for a couple and the bed was nice and comfortably firm, but I cant recommend parties who need two sleep areas. The sleeper sofa was incredibly loud! It creaked and moaned loudly with every small movement. It was also a bit lumpy. The couch itself was fairly comfortable to sit on. The sofa is also the only real seating, so if youre using the sleeper, you need to strip it and put it up to sit. This would be fine, but the small space means there isnt a good place to put the linens except back in the bedroom closet. YMMV, but we ended up leaving the bed out the whole time because we were busy and didn't really have time to sit in the living area. Overall, good for the value and a nice homebase for a Gatlinburg adventure.

Great for our short stay

Overall the property worked great for us! My daughter and I were only in town for two nights and spent the majority of our time out of the condo. Bed was comfy to come back to and property was easy to access. Parking is tight but didn’t have any issues. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels in bathroom to slightly larger ones and kitchen towels/wash clothes to more kitchen friendly options. Didn’t feel the microfiber was the best choice here. Communication with owner was perfect l!

Great location!

The unit is just as described and shown in the pictures. Pools were nice, although we were not able to use the outdoor pool at all during our stay because they were waiting on the city to inspect the pool before it could open for the season. The fridge was ok for leftovers but it is just a tiny mini fridge with no freezer. But the fridge and lack of frying pans would be my only complaint. Saw bears every night from the building. Elevators were a nice surprise. Building is very outdated but do not let that scare you away from this unit.
