Condominio muy bien decorado remodelado a poca distancia andando de todo en Gatlinburg. ¿Por qué quedarse en un hotel cuando se puede tener un condominio totalmente amueblado en el corazón de Gatlinburg. 2 piscinas, una cubierta y otra al aire libre con jacuzzi. Very clean, well located. We actually drove to the unit parked underneath it, and didn’t move our vehicle again till we left. We spent a long weekend and the property was perfect for that. Would also be great for a week for a couple.

It was very clean everything was in good working condition. It is a nice little cozy condo. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, great location, easy parking. You are only a couple minutes walk from the strip.

Great location within walking distance of everything we needed. We were happy with everything. My only complaint was the listing stated sofa bed and we didn’t find out until the check in procedures email that it was an air mattress. My kids survived fine because of their size and ages, but the difference matters and could be an issue for other families viewing this listing.

Nice place in a convenient location, especially if you want to take the tram to Ober Gatlinburg. Good supplies provided. Would suggest clarifying the trash situation. The instructions provided were to take the trash to the dumpster to the left of the building. The only dumpster that I could find to the left of the building was securely locked. I wandered around for several minutes trying to find another dumpster, but never did. There were actually a couple of other people doing the same, so I am not sure what the deal was. Ended up having to just leave the trash in the room.

We had the best stay! The condo was the perfect size for us and basically walking distance to all of down town. The owner checked on us while we were there and very pleasant! We got married at chapel at the park and had the best weekend!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo! Had the amenities we needed as we were mostly out exploring than in it. Located in the heart of gatlinburg was our main reason for staying at this condo! Parking was great, didn't have to pay for parking at all in gatlinburg! Host was responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

It was small and cozy, yet spacious. We loved staying here! It’s right off the main road, so very easy to walk to everything and not have to pay for parking. The property manager was very nice, and responded quickly. Was a little worried when we arrived, because it was late and we weren’t able to get a parking pass but luckily the parking pass were on the ottoman. Will most definitely be booking here again!

GREAT location. We were easily able to walk to restaurants and activities downtown, which was especially helpful given it was a busy weekend and parking is tricky. Easy drives to every hike that we wanted to do as well. Condo parking and check in/check out were easy. Everything was clean and well cared for- our only complaint was that it smelled of smoke despite being a smoke-free condo.

Location is great. Walkable to great restaurants, Anakeesta, the Aquarium or anywhere else that you might want to go. The condo was clean (no complaints)but it’s getting about time for a deep cleaning. It was perfect for two people but would be crowded with more. Overall it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.
