The Rustic Fox is everything you hope for in a Smoky Mountain cabin. The home is spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly spacious, with three huge master suites and a loft the kids loved. The main level is stunning—massive windows, mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and a fully stocked, high-end kitchen.It’s also clear the owners take a lot of pride in this cabin. The communication was excellent, everything was clearly explained, and the home was stocked, maintained, and cleaned at a very high standard. The attention to detail really sets this place apart. Bottom line: The Rustic Fox is everything you want in a Smoky Mountain cabin — luxurious, comfortable, family-friendly, and packed with amenities. We made incredible memories here and will absolutely book again. If you're looking for the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the best of Gatlinburg, this is it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a great house and experience! The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable yet styled and well appointed. It was decorated for Christmas, a very nice touch for two friends who had just been to Christmas at Dollywood. Kitchen was very well stocked for a rental. Host was communicative and accomodating. Easy check in and check out.This house is up in the mountains, surrounded by trees and nature. We did not see any bears. We heard owls and other wildlife while on deck at night. I could have sat outside for hours on the deck with the fire tables. The drive up to the house is full of curves and inclines. The drive up was absolutely not an issue although my friend and I are comfortable driving through mountains, hills, lake areas. The flat driveway right outside front door was handy with all our luggage.I would rebook! And bring the whole family!

The cabin was very clean and plenty of places to sleep. My teenage kids enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard, and I really enjoyed the hot tub. I had heard nightmares about how high up people had to drive to get to many cabins so I was a little worried, but the drive up to the cabin was completely fine, and we still had a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the deck and the fire tables. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

This was a great place to stay during our hiking trip through the Smoky Mountains.The home was roomy, nicely decorated, and had beautiful views.We especially enjoyed the deck with gorgeous scenery. We even saw a bear! The hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking.

Host photos exactly as things appear IRL, great views but some* small area of tree obstruction. Fire pits on deck were a nice touch & used every night. Host (David) very quick to respond for any issues (less than 20 min). Beds were comfortable with plenty of large pillows, plenty of seating throughout, driveway is a breeze for truck parking (we had 2). Would stay at The Rustic Fox again & definitely recommend to others

Family vacation with my adult children and my grandchildren. The cabin was so nice and we all had room to relax. The game room down stairs became a favorite spot with the pool table. The five year old had a great time playing all the adults on the foosball table, air hockey as well as the pac man tabletop. Great kitchen with plenty of room, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day, then spent the afternoon enjoying Gatlinburg. Neighborhood was so quiet and the views were amazing.

We loved the cabin! We went with family friends and had plenty of space for everyone. Walls are very sound proof, which is great for kids who want to stay up late playing games and parents who want to sleep. The mattresses and sheets were so comfortable. I did not even miss my own bed, which never happens.Love that the kitchen was well stocked. During our stay, I messaged the owners to make them aware of a couple little things (broken trash can lid in kitchen and pool cues) for the next guests, but they had the items delivered to us immediately. Very much appreciated. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed with a group of friends for my bachelor trip. On arrival we were amazed at the view and the cleanliness of the cabin. It had plenty of room for all of us and was extremely comfortable. Also, the amenities and entertainment was a lot of fun. The location as well is unbearable, only 15 minute Uber from downtown Gatlinburg. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is really nice with lots of room and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms had nice bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking equipment and utensils needed to make any meal. The back decks are roomy with plenty of furniture on each deck. The views are beautiful and the pool is close by with an easy couple minute walk. Our group of 8 adults and 2 children enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Black Bear, Black Bear…What do you see?

A beautiful and perfectly located home, with a daily visit from a black bear on its evening stroll. The two minute walk to the pool was an unexpected convenience. And the picturesque views were spectacular. It doesn’t get much better. Thank you!!

Smokey Mountain trip

The property is beautiful and clean with all the modern amenities you need for a great vacation. It was even very close to the pool and pickle ball court. After a day of hiking the hot tub helped with the aches. The property managers were also very responsive when we had questions. We are so happy with this vacation. The views of the Smokey Mountains were amazing

Seven of us ranging from 13-78 stayed at this amazing house for a week. It truly had something for everyone including bear sightings! The house was in immaculate condition, the beds were comfortable, the location was central, the scenery was incredible and communication was fantastic. We had a small issue with the hot tub that was taken care of quickly and effectively. A, no notes. 10 out 10 would highly recommend.

Excellent experience overall.

Excellent experience overall. The moment we walked in, the environment was clean and inviting. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 as well as my in-laws and my wives brothers family of 4. Kids loved the all the games. Location was amazing and the views from the back porch were quintessential for the area. Highly recommend on all counts.
