    This luxury cabin is the highest elevation of any other 4 BR in Black Bear Falls.

    Enjoy the breathtaking, panoramic view of the Great Smoky Mountains from one of two large covered decks. This beautiful log cabin has all the amenities you could wish for on a vacation, including 2 beautiful stone fireplaces and massive windows, while accommodating 16 guests. 'Closer to Home' is equipped with a hot tub, free WiFi, flat screen TV's, DVD player, PlayStation, Wii, as well as boasting a nice patio and 2 grilling stations. You will also enjoy the flat parking area.

Great Cabin, Great Location

Our family had a blast on our stay in “Closer to Home.” Besides the floors not being cleaned, it was a great cabin and the owners were great! We take our family of 10 or so to Gatlinburg every year and this is one of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Anyone going to Gatlinburg must stay at Closer to home. Beautiful cabin at the top of the mountain overlooking Gatlinburg. Close to everything. We have been there 2 times and will go again. The Host is absolutely amazing.

Wonderful cabin! Super nice host! The only thing is the cabin was not as clean as expected. Its ok though, not the host fault! They even had the cleaners come back out to re mop the floors! Would definitely stay here again. We lovesd it.

That cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very spacious, and David was a great host. The property management is great too. They called to tell us that there were wildfires and gave us an alternate route to get into the property. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Amazing Family Retreat

Family enjoyed the amazing view from our cabin. It was perfect distance from Gatlinburg with quiet neighborhood. Clean and fully equipped. Excitement included bears appearing at night at the dumpsters. Amazing that they were able open latch on dumpster Overall great stay and would love to go back.
