The condo is well appointed in a wonderful location. Right across from the melting pot in the middle of town but up a hill so it was quiet at night.

As soon as we walked in we were ready to book again

Have stayed at Summit Manor for the last five years of Memorial Day weekend. This was the first time in one of Cathy's units. We hadn't been there but five minutes when we wanted to book again for next year. Communication before, during, and after our stay were excellent. This unit was on the top floor with excellent views, nice electric fireplace and heat out on the patio for those cooler evenings. Loved. This. Place.

Beautiful condo and furnishings are beautiful! The bathroom towels are the best. If they can tell me where to get these or the brand I will be buying them. Owners we so nice and helpful!! I highly recommend!!!

Best rental ever!

Our family instantly felt 'at home' as soon as we entered the condo. It was spotlessly clean, smelled amazing, and was beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses and extra blankets in the closets. Will definitely be back!

Gatlinburg 2025

The condo is very well appointed and decorated. It was clean, immaculate. Great location. Very easy check-in process. The only negative - the elevator that takes you down to Calhoun’s plaza is broken so the only way down to the Parkway is up/down the steep driveway to the condos. Others at the condo said it had been broken for a while with no plans to repair. It wasn’t necessarily a negative for us but if you have someone in your party with mobility issues it would be a challenge. It’s also an issue if there is icy weather. Overall, we had a great stay!

Did not want to leave!

The condo is immaculate and decorated so cute! Every amenity we needed was there. The beds were super comfy and towels soft. We loved the location and being able to walk everywhere. The owners were great to deal with and we enjoyed meeting Glen. We never heard a peep from our neighbors, and felt like we had the place to ourselves! Highly recommend this condo!!

Well equipped and great location

Very nice condo with everything you need! It’s completely outfitted and a comfortable stay. Close walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shopping. The TV has many channels and apps to log into. There is an elevator and luggage carts to use. The property and condo are well maintained and clean. The owner answers questions quickly and gave useful information. We recommend this condo.

King for a week

First off, will recommend and will return. As nice as advertised. Such a relaxing place to retreat to after beating the streets in the summer heat. I can stay in a hole in the ground and be satisfied but my wife and daughter have higher standards and this place exceeded what they expected. Definitely took the win on this property. Worth the money. Treat yourself.

Great location, very clean

Great location, walking distance to the Great Smoky Mountains and all of the strip. Easy communication with host. Very very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in Gatlinburg many times, at high end resorts, but we will be staying here again, better than the resorts. One of our favorite places.

Perfect mix of location and comfort

Enjoyed a long, relaxing weekend in Gatlinburg! Perfect location to walk the sights of Gatlinburg. Condo is just as pictured. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and great towels. Nice to soak in the hot tub after a fun day hiking. Highly recommend!

Favorite at Summit Manor

We have stayed in many condos at Summit Manor, and this unit was the best! It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and all appliances were new. We're already planning to stay there again next year!

Highly recommend this condo property!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO property! The condo's location near the strip was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, ice cream shops, and entertainment. Walking to the Sky Bridge and a short drive to Anakeesta made exploring a breeze. We had a minor issue with the front door, but the owner promptly came over to fix it, even on Easter evening. Overall, a fantastic trip – highly recommend this property for a memorable family vacation!

THE Best!

What a wonderfully comfortable condominium for a sisters weekend in Gatlinburg. My sister and I both said that when we leave a rental, we want to leave it better than we found it. In this case, it was not possible to leave it better than we found it. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the condo was spotless. We loved being at the east end of Gatlinburg, and near one of our favorite restaurants in town, the Cherokee Grill, which was within walking distance. There was an outstanding view from the back and front of the unit up on the fifth floor. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Altogether it could not have been a the Cherokee Grill, which was within walking distance. There was a outstanding view from the back and front of the unit up on the fifth floor.
