We had a wonderful stay at Falcon's View. This was a beautiful place to unwind after a nasty winter. The cabin was a little dusty and had quite a few dead bugs, but we guessed this was because we were one of the first renters of the season. Definitely suggest bringing extra toilet paper if you are there for more than a few days, as each bathroom only had one roll. As for relaxing after a busy day hiking, I highly suggest bringing along a few good family movies just in case as they do have blue-ray/dvd players but no on-site options to watch and the internet was very spotty all weekend with even the cable not wanting to cooperate. Most of our time was spent enjoying the mountain view, though on the deck, nothing will ever top that beautiful mountain view. Waking up to drink coffee in those Tennessee mountains is surreal. The kitchen was very well stocked to prepare any dish you'd want. Really loved that it had both a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Overall don't think we could ever come back and stay anywhere else.

Beautiful cabin with beautiful views. Cabin’s kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. We definitely stay at Flacon’s View again. We had five people in our cabin and we all loved it. Very close and easy drive to Gatlinburg.In my husband’s opinion only downside was the mattress in the king-size bedroom.

Beautiful home, clean. Fantastic views! Beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen utensils, plates, pans, etc. Easy commute to area attractions. Dominos pizza delivers here fast! We would re-rent this home in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a wonderful place. I'm afraid to say too much about Falcon's View for fear of attracting too many people to it.The house itself was very clean and as advertised. Everything worked fine except for the Internet service. The views are truly amazing. The drive up and driveway are a bit of an experience; a vehicle with higher clearance should be recommended.Communications with Cabins for You are great, they're very responsive.Overall, highly recommended.

Beautiful views and it was close to Sugarlands Visitor Center and about an hour from Clingman's Dome. It was a quick drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg and a few minutes feom the grocery store. The hot tub did cold and hot water which was amazing after a day of hiking in the Smokey Mountains. We would definitely book this cabin again!

Family Getaway

This is a beautiful mountain home with stunning views, the view is what drew me to the property and it did not disappoint! In addition to a relaxing hot tub, the game area was a really nice plus; pool, ping pong and a card/game table. We were a group of 6 adults and this property had plenty of space / seating for everyone. There are few things that could have improved the convenience level of the property. If I were to return, I would bring extra wash clothes, we were a party of 6 and only 4 were provided. Also, for the kitchen, I would pack coffee filters, dishwashing cleaner, trash bags and extra kitchen towels as only one kitchen towel was provided. I realize most of those items are available at a grocery store but having a few convenience type items onsite would eliminate that “one more” trip to the store. Overall, a lovely stay!

Absolutely loved this home. Views were great. Game room was a hit. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. Vehicles with low clearance will have difficulty with the steep driveway.

Stunning

Amazing view, great amenities. No shampoo, conditioner, seasoning (no salt and pepper), tin foil, or other expendibles, but plenty of plates and silverware. Cabin stayed cool when hot out, several light bulbs out but still very well furnished and decorated. Very cozy. But many of the girls reacted to something in the air when in the cabin, many sneezing and experiencing allergies, may be worth inspecting the air filters or ductwork when possibl. But honestly overall, very worth the stay, absolutely gorgeous place and quite comfortable.

AMAZING PLACE!

Our fam has two adults and four kids. We had a blast. Beautiful view!! House was very clean. Two things you should know- going up to the house is very steep. Already knew this before going looking at it from google street view. If you’re afraid of heights…. You might not like looking straight down over edge of street going up. Cabin is lovely and very clean. Second thing, always check a place is safe. On the balcony, there was a broken bar on the rail. A small child or a something could fall through to their death. Thankfully I caught it. Owners had it fixed immediately the next day when we reported it. Thankful for them. Would stay here again. Great location. Cool basement with pool table and ping pong table.

Amazing!!!

We were beyond happy with our stay here. Fit our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children) very comfortably. Views are unreal, met very nice neighbors, and we loved the hot tub and game room. Only issue was a missing bar on the upper balcony railing. It’s a steep drop down so this worried us with our toddler. We put a table in front of it to keep him away, and hopefully they’ll get this fixed very soon!

Beautiful view from precarious perch

House is lovely, perched atop mountain overlooking Gatlinburg valley...which means you're exposed to high winds and rattling rains and snow in crazy March weather. Add in wildfires nearby and made for exciting visit. House lacks basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, spices, etc.) as if cleaning crew just throws everything away, and beds are super firm. Agency was helpful, and secured firewood for us immediately. All in all, a good visit high in the mountains of Tennessee.

My thoughts

The house is very nice and clean. views are amazing and very close to all activities.Hot tub was awesome! The drive way is very steep and curved. Watch the bumpers of your car as they may scrape. I’m disappointed in the quality of the mattresses and linens. Sheets didn’t fit the queen beds and are very low quality. The towels were very poor quality and super limited. You definitely need to bring extra, you won’t have enough for showering and for the hot tub.You need to be prepared to bring or purchase all of your own ingredients for meals and cleaning. There is one packet of dishwasher soap and a small bottle of dish soap. NOTHING ELSE.If I’m renting a whole house and are there for a full week give adequate supplies ie dishwasher pods, more dish towels spray to clean countertops and garbage bags. I can’t say I wouldn’t come back but be prepared. If you fly in you will have to buy everything.
