We've stayed in a lot of VRBO's over the last 10years or so and this host is one of the best we've ever dealt with. The cabin was extremely nice,kitchen was well stocked which was a big deal to my wife and anyone who has to cook for a large group. Everything worked and was as advertised in the pictures which is not always the case with some places.I would recommend this cabin to anyone we were very pleased. It also has one of the best views of the mountains in Gatlinburg and we've stayed in quite a few. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is an absolute must! The views are breathtaking. The night sky is unbelievable, we saw two shooting stars within 10 minutes of sitting in the hot tub. We saw a bear on our way up to the cabin and had a bear paw print on our truck in the morning. My only complaint would be the floors weren’t cleaned very well. Our feet were black after walking around upstairs so we had to wear shoes the whole time. Overall we will definitely book again!

We had an excellent time. The house was as described in the listing, very clean and accomodated our large family with kids.The view is incredible. We saw 2 bears walking all over the property which was amazing but you have to be aware. We would definetely book another stay.

Great Family Home

A great family vacation rental. Great views inside and out. Excellent accommodations with a great game room and swim spa. Each bedroom had their own bathrooms. The response of the management team was quick and responded to any issues. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Weekend away with friends

This was our second stay at Pine Top Paradise and it did not disappoint! We loved it so much the first time with family that we decided to have several friends and their families meet us for a long weekend away. The house is large enough to give people space to spread out and relax. We did dinners at the house because it is a good drive to town. The game room kept the kids entertained during our stay. The hot tub is large enough for us all to relax at one time! Highly recommend this house and can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing! The house was very spacious for our group of 16. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed seeing the smoke roll in over the mountains in the evenings. Will definitely recommend to others!

Amazing View

The house is great and the views are even better. We stayed 5 nights with 3 families (10 kids 6 adults) and had a great time. The kids loved the game room and hot tub and the adults loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the view of the mountains.

LUXURY AND VIEWS

We stayed for four nights with three small children, 2, 3, and 6 and my 82 year old in-laws and our adult children and me and my husband! The home is about 25 minutes to town and a few steep roads and turns but nothing too awful! Views are the best we ever had and can see downtown Gatlinburg in the distance! The electric fire place was perfect for relaxing at night on deck! Beds were surprisingly very comfortable! Kitchen stocked well! Kids loved game room and we set the hot tub temp to 92 and they had the most fun being in the hot tub as was like the size of a small pool for them! Great stay and no regrets!

Birthday Celebrations

We love celebrating our birthdays in the Gatlinburg area. This home was fantastic! Plenty to do just at the home itself. Us adults really enjoyed the game room. Plenty of board games and all tv’s are smart tvs. Two separate living areas is nice for being able to watch different stuff like football and movies. There is a huge swim spa but we never used it just because we would be out doing other stuff and by the time we got back we were all tired. November is a busy month for the area so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get where you’re going. We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer period. The house is stocked great and plenty of towels were provided for our stay which was 4 nights. It was nice to have the free passes too for some of the local attractions. We went to Dollywood on Sunday and had a great time.

Quiet, Cozy & Scenic Views

Started for 3 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was easy and smooth, the house was clean and as described. Lastly the staff was for helpful and quick to respond when needed. Highly recommended and I would stay here again. Seeing the sun set each evening is a sight that never gets old. And while you won't see the sun rise in the morning, you do get the benefit of having the rising sun illuminate the mountain scapes view which is amazing.

Amazing house in a great location, A+ View

We stayed here with another family. 10 people all together. The place was beautiful and large and modern rustic. The kids enjoyed the game room, the pool table and swim tub. We were close to local attractions and grocery stores. The drive was up a mountain and takes some concentration because of the turns but if you take your time it will be fine. We were close to hiking trails and small stores. We would recommend this home to anyone who wants to enjoy the Smokey mountains for the first time like we did. It was very nice not to be right inside the tourist part like Pigeon Forge but close enough to enjoy it. I would recommend this place to anyone for an amazing experience.

Great time

What a wonderful property full of charm and things to do. My only complaint is the cooking pans need replaced and the hot water is scolding!!! Watch yourself, we learned the hard way. We had a few bears walk up multiple times and the view from the deck was was amazing. The kids love the hot tub and the the game room. We will be back!!

Weekend Family Getaway

Beautiful place to stay. Thirty minutes from town so be prepared to drive or stay at the cabin. Great for kids the loved the game room and swim spa. We grilled out and ate in the cabin.
