The location was great very central and convenient to everything. However, the drive up to the house was a bit intimidating.
Unfortunately, the condition of the home was disappointing. It felt outdated and not properly cleaned. The cleaning service did not seem thorough at all; it looked like only a basic surface clean was done. We found crumbs in the kitchen handles, trash behind the dressers, and the sheets did not appear clean. We ended up washing the bedding ourselves before using it.
Additionally, both propane tanks were empty, which was frustrating since we planned to make s’mores.
The home would also benefit from having basic cleaning supplies available, and the broom should be replaced, as it did not seem usable.
Overall, I’ve stayed in much cleaner and better maintained homes, so this was a letdown.
