  • GATLINBURG BEARADISE - Views, Location, and Privacy! This cabin has it all! Located just off Ski Mountain Rd, Gatlinburg Bearadise is just 1.8 miles from Ober Gatlinburg, 2.4 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, and 2.5 miles from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Needless to say, you will be traveling up a paved, steep, curvy, mountainous road to get to this cabin. At Gatlinburg Bearadise, you feel like you are away from it all in your own mountain retreat, yet have the convenience of reaching the dining and attractions in minutes!

    Upon entering the newly renovated cabin, you will enter an open floor plan with living room with sleeper sofa, love seat, and 65" smart TV; kitchen; dining room; and full bath. This level also has a wrap around deck with hot tub, as well as a back deck. Downstairs contains the 2 bedroom (1 with king bed, and 1 with queen bed), 2nd full bathroom, and laundry closet. The master bedroom has its own private deck.

    Did I mention the views?! Gatlinburg Bearadise has amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy your coffee on the deck while admiring nature's beauty at its finest.

    Coffee maker is a regular pot.

    * This property is pet friendly (dogs only) for up to 2 dogs, no weight limit.
    Pet Rules:
    - Up to date on all annual vaccinations, as well as heart worm and flea/tick medication
    - No pets on furniture or bedding
    - All pets are to be crated when left in the cabin unattended
    - Be sure to click “Pets” when reserving so that the pet fee will be applied to your reservation

    Smoking, vaping, etc. permitted outdoors only. We ask that you leave no trace.

    ** We highly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance to protect them in the case of emergencies, illness, death, weather, COVID-19 related issues, etc. As long as the state of TN and County of Sevier are open, our cancellation policy will remain as stated.

We had a great stay at the cabin! The hot tub and deck had beautiful views, and the house was very cozy. The location was great- not too far from town, but enough space that we weren’t on top of any neighbors. We also had few bear sightings from the house- all in all, would happily return!

This was the perfect weekend getaway! All amenities worked well and the hot tub was in great shape. We didn’t see any bears but it was fun to see the iconic Ober gondola glide up and down the mountain. The sunrises were spectacular, over a stunning view of the Smoky mountains. Very close to GSMNP and convenient to Gatlinburg without having to stay on the strip. I would recommend this for a couple or a family; there was plenty of room.

we loved the location, always saw bear. I probably would not bring dogs. We were planning on doing so but did not. Glad we did not. Really good for 4 adults. Sofa bed might be ok for kids. We had 5 adults. Grilling was an adventure with the bears but still fun for us. Good hot tub. Would recommend a gate at the bottom of the stairs, we did have a bear on the upper deck. Please lock your car and do not leave any trace of food in the vehicle. Overall I am sure everyone had a good time, I know I did.Dave Weidman, Denver PA

We had such a great time during our stay! The cabin was so charming, and was perfect for us! I loved the location because we could watch the Ober Gatlinburg tram go by overhead. Also, i really loved the fact that the cabin is at the dead end of the road, so there was no traffic coming by, which made it very peaceful. We loved it so much, we added another night to our stay! If you stay here, you won't be disappointed.

The house wasn't in the best location. The layout consisted of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, while the main entrance on the second floor led to the living room, kitchen, dining area, and another bathroom; there were also stairs connecting the second floor to the first-floor bedrooms. The lighting over the dining table was very dim, and personally, I found it inconvenient to have to go up and down between floors just to use the bathroom. What was truly shocking, however, was the wildlife activity: at 8:30 PM, while two cars were parked outside, a large black bear appeared, opened a car door, and rummaged inside for food. Then, the next morning around 6:30 and 10:30, a family of four bears showed up, which was terrifying to witness. My husband and I had used the spa at different times, and it gave me goosebumps thinking about what might have happened if a bear had appeared while we were out there. It seems this area is prone to frequent bear sightings. I don't think I’ll stay in a mountain cabin again; if you plan to spend your vacation mostly in downtown Gatlinburg, I would recommend staying at a safe hotel instead.

The stay was amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Sooo many bear sightings (at least 10) and the hot tub was great after all the hiking. Very clean and comfortable.

The cabin was great! Beautiful view. A little sketchy getting to it but the driveway was flat and spacious which is a big plus. My host was very informative about everything I needed to know about the cabin. The drive down to the strip wasn’t bad at all. Very close to everything whether you want to go to ober Gatlinburg or down to the city. Will definitely recommend this cabin to all my friends. Thank you.

It was very clean well stocked and exactly like the listing. Beds were comfortable and it was a cute and cozy place. Hot tub jets were not strong at all but it was still nice. I’d definitely go back.
