Great Stay!

We stayed at this property over the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The views from the balcony were great! Convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, only 10ish minutes away. The Host was super responsive to any questions, and the check in and check out processes were a breeze. Looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing location and property owner

Great experience from start to finish, location and views were amazing and property was very clean. Owner very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Good for the price

Our only problem with the property was with the showers. Both were small, but the hall bathroom is like showering in a coffin! That combined with the moldy shower curtain, made the experience rather gross. EVERYTHING else with our stay was fabulous, especially when you consider the price.

Weekend Family Getaway

This property was absolutely amazing! The view from the top of the mountain early in the morning is incredible. It was very clean and our whole family really enjoyed how cozy it was! Mirna was super helpful and so nice! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Serenity in the mountains.

We stayed at this lovely condo with an amazing view. My daughter and her children came with us. The seven-year-old absolutely loved the pac-man game. The 3 bedrooms gave us all a little privacy. The balcony was perfect for having a beverage and enjoying the scenery,

Quick trip to the mountains to attend a wedding

I found this property to be exactly as decribed. Room was clean, beds were super comfortable, and property was nice and secure. It was me, my wife, 2 adult children and their spouses. Plenty of room. Would definitely rent from again. It is on the top of the mountain and a narrow winding uphill ride but had great views! Dont miss this one!

The place was nice but not my expectations. Although it sleeps 6+, it is tight for a family of that many in other areas. There are closets but no drawers, or even luggage racks, the balcony is much smaller than anticipated, the bathrooms are very small, could not figure out the living room tv,(4 remotes). Limited receptacles in each room. The stove does need cleaning and the toaster should be emptied. It should be noted that renters may need additional towels, tissue and garbage bags, to name a few things. I did pay for insurance required, but I am BEYOND disappointed that I received a "for info" email that an insurance claim for damage, replacement of sheets and comforter was made. I now feel like this insurance is required as a way to get reimbursement for upkeep, since we did take care of facility.I also went in and inquired at the lobby one day about the condos and I felt like the manager was a bit short and unfriendly.

Exceptional Experience

Loved the place! The views were stunning. The beds were comfortable. The layout was great. And the kids loved watching the wildlife (two cubs and their momma bear) each morning off the balcony. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Check in / Check Out was one of the easiest we’ve had through VRBO. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Gatlinburg without being IN Gatlinburg.
