Great place to stay for the most part! The location couldn't be better. Pretty secluded but so close to downtown Gatlinburg also. The cabin is so cute!!! The host responded quickly the day of arrival to answer my question about the coffee pot. Cabin is pretty clean, it could use a little more deep cleaning, dusting and cleaning up better after the other guests pets(pee stains on carpet and dog odor on couch) it definitely needs new bedding, I was so glad I took an extra bed blanket because the extra blanket there was folded up by fireplace very dirty and I had to wash it and the other extra blankets up in closet were accompanied by spiders so I left them be. Had to wash some pillow cases also because the only 2 pillows on bed were worn out. The main thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the mattress, it was so so uncomfortable! We woke up so sore every morning. The hot tub was great!!!!! Was so thankful it was very warm. The soaker tub was great but ran out of hot water before it filled all the way. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back there as I feel the host would make sure cleaners fix these other minor issues.
